"Logement loué dans le cadre de la Velo Francette. Logement très propre et literie confortable au rez de chaussée d’une maison salle de bain refaite à neige agréable. Attention à bien regarder le trajet avant d’arriver à vélo (nationale très dangereuse avec des enfants nous aurions aimé être informés) pas d’emplacement spécial sécurisé pour les vélos et réveillés tôt le matin par les travaux du jardin. Pour le reste nous avons très bien dormi!"

"Nous avons passé un week-end parfait entre amis dans cette maison située dans un environnement calme et reposant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie confortable. Les extérieurs sont superbes, avec deux grandes tables sur la terrasse, idéales pour partager des repas conviviaux. Jacuzzi et piscine, juste à côté de la terrasse, apportent une ambiance chaleureuse. "Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une météo excellente sur ce WE de l'ascension. Le terrain était pratiquement sec, il était possible de profiter des extérieurs, les enfants ont pu se baigner, aller à la pêche, jouer au baby foot... Un bémol sur la septième chambre difficile d'accès, sur le trampoline sans filet. Gite très agréable à vivre, propriétaires accueillants."

"We stayed in this house and although it was nice we couldn’t sit outside very much because of a massive influx of wasps for the whole 2 weeks which was a shame as it was hot, we have stopped at other places that are next to farms etc. but on this occasion they were doing a massive building project and it was noisy and very dusty and on the odd day muddy. For the price all the services should be included. Also I had to pay a big deposit which is also a first as we always look after our holiday...

"The house, though not state of the art, was okay. Everything we needed was available. The rooms are spacious as the kitchen is. The garden was so beautiful. We couldn't stop watching (we were at the right time I suppose). Flowers were still blooming and there was an abbundance of fruit and vegetables we were allowed to use. This and the absolute silence was overwhelming.The environment of the estate is beautiful and quiet as well. Ghislaine is a very nice host. Present when needed. "

"Stayed at this amazing property my for one night with work colleagues before a work meeting in Fontainebleau. This is a private residence where the family and small staff serve you as if you are family visiting their home. The difference is the meals and the service are exquisite and your every whim is catered to; including a fire waiting for you outside the home ( … aka mansion) after dinner. Each room has its own private restroom and the decor takes you back in time as if you are visiting royalty. The estate is open to you for walks and cocktails on the patio. This is a must stay if you have the opportunity."

"It was a lovely little gite, in a nice peaceful area, with beautiful scenery. Situated close enough to Chateabriant to be convenient for sightseeing/shopping/meals out, but far enough to be peaceful and relaxing. The host, Melanie, literally could not do enough for us. She was incredibly friendly, informative, gave us good recommendations for places to eat, even did our washing for us! The gite itself was neat, clean and very cool, which was greatly appreciated in the middle of a heatwave. We definitely hope to be back!"
