Staff very helpful, amazing location, concierge so nice and effective, very relaxing. Just wish the outside pool was a little cooler temperature wise. Would go back in a heart beat.

Unrespectful Front Desk Staff
Extremely unfriendly front desk staff, we came for an anniversary and left a message prior to checking-in for multiple rooms, as we do use to two three times a year. Before and during covid, we always did receive a small gesture for special occasions. This year, we're told in an unrespectful tone to discuss directly with the F&B team. The restaurant staff then tells us nothing was notified by the reception and can't do anything. Lots of wait, back and forth for finally nothing and a lot of unpleasant moments. Whatever happened during your day, please do respect customers and talk pleasantly, professionally !

Good hotel. Great location overlooking the beach and impressive chateau design (although we stayed in the more standard hotel block behind). The room was good with superbly comfortable kingsize bed and pillow-menu. Plus a patio with partial sight of the ocean. Lots of evident concern regarding C19. Some 'Could do betters': a) the breakfast buffet had truly awful coffee machines - slow, out of order and poor coffee, b) no milk in the bedroom to complement the coffee - when I requested milk at the reception I received a Gallic shrug.

Clos e to the waterfront, this excellent hotel has everything required for a holiday - family friendly the amenities include facilities for all ages. Service is of the highest order and the menus delight all tastes. Without a doubt this is a star hotel.

This a very nice hotel spa ideally located near the beach in Pornichet. We had a room with sea view and we enjoyed the spa facilities which are great with a fantastic steam room/hammam. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices (and even oysters) and the staff very professional. I shall mention Gilles from the reception who did everything to repair a faulty lamp in our room. I will definitely come back and I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Relaxing 2 days stay in a magnificent environnemen
The hotel-spa has a great atmosphere, not like a chain but more like a family owned hotel. The spa is really amazing: warm sea water pool, jets, sauna and hammam. An outside heated pool as well with direct view on the ocean. The breakfast is amazing with plenty of choices, restaurant prepared. Overall, it was really relaxing and pleasant. I forgot a little vanity bag and received an alert by text message offering to ship it back to my address (at cost).

Nice hotel close to the beach
The staff is friendly and the rooms are functional but rather austere. Bathrooms are minuscule. Very nice spa with big indoor swimming pool as well as smaller pool outside. Most impressive is breakfast with an endless choice of oysters, champagne, all kinds of eggs, cheese, pastries, local delicacies, various breads as well as gluten free products, various milks and dairy products to accommodate all sorts of intolerances.

Great hotel and amazing location
We loved our stay in Pornichet. The hotel is in a great position with sea views. The beaches are beautiful. The hotel has a lovely pool and a fab garden at the front. We played with our 3 year old, drank a glass of wine and listened to the DJ in the sunshine. Brilliant!

An Enjoyable Stay Indeed!
A beautiful and welcoming hotel from the start to finish. The food, the facilities, the surroundings and hotel itself are top class. Couldn't have asked for a better welcome after a long journey, the concierge/doorman/reception were all both patient and friendly whilst we become orientated with the hotel. Would definitely stay at the hotel again, and this time stay for at least two nights to enjoy all that is on offer.

Overnight stop. Very nice area for a break when traversing France, for St Malo. Veranda directly overlooks the Atlantic, super setting.

Hotel with fantastic location
Excellent hotel with direct access to the beach. The seawater pool with massage streams was very pleasant especially when the weather was bad! Extra parking fee can be avoided by street parking.

Short Break to St Nazaire/Pornichet area
We decided to visit the Submarine pens in St Nazaire with my wife's parents and chose this hotel as a little treat for them. The hotel is stunning with a dramatic castle front that leads straight out onto a small beach area. Stunning outdoor pool and indoor spa facilities are all included in the price. The Queen beds were comfy and luxurious. Overall a great stay at this beautiful hotel and we will definitely return.

Most disappointing stay in our two weeks in France
Check in and car park staff were excellent, then it went downhill from there. We had a dinner reservation for 7 pm and were promptly seated. We ordered one appetizer to share and two dinners a la carte. Others around us appeared to be on some meal plan, and came and went while we waited and waited and waited. At 9:15 we finally got up and left as no one had returned to take our dessert order. We advised the front desk, but there was no resolve. When we returned to our delightful room, the promised daily "turndown" with fresh towels had not and did not happen. We walked out to our balcony to the stench of wet cigarette buts in the ash tray that appeared to have been there for several days. But praise for the salt water hot tub attendant the next morning who helped wash away our frustration.

Nice hotel with a lovely view
Really nice hotel defiantly worth paying the extra for a full sea view, friendly staff especially if you at least make attempts at the language. Hired bikes and cycled the coastal/ beach road with stunning weather even at the very end of September and found some really great French cafe's and restaurants, but be prepared to have your french phase book to hand.

The staff were all amazing. Always happy & service with a smile. Rooms were very spacious, clean & comfy. Amazing views of the castle & sea. Short walk to the local marina where there is a good choice of places to eat & drink. Local village very friendly. A totally relaxing place to spend a few days.

Wonderful location
Very relaxing hotel with great facilities and the only negative being the poor Wifi. The staff made our two dogs very welcome and we're all pleasant and friendly.

Did not stay we were disappointed with the hotel no Skye T V and we wanted to Watch a special football match. We needed a cup of tea on arriving in th room Cups only suitable for expresso coffee. We were told we could not eat in the Restaurant as they were fully booked that evening. The head receptionist Was very helpful and apologized and said he would arrange a refund We are Hoping to see a refund.

Valet car parking in basement was tedious, and wi-fi was all but unobtainable, but everything else was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.
