Extremely unfriendly front desk staff, we came for an anniversary and left a message prior to checking-in for multiple rooms, as we do use to two three times a year. Before and during covid, we always did receive a small gesture for special occasions. This year, we're told in an unrespectful tone to discuss directly with the F&B team. The restaurant staff then tells us nothing was notified by the reception and can't do anything. Lots of wait, back and forth for finally nothing and a lot of unpleasant moments. Whatever happened during your day, please do respect customers and talk pleasantly, professionally !
