Very close to the Thalasso Barrière.

It includes: entrance, hallway,
living room opening onto the FACE SEA terrace with sofa bed 140 x 200 cm.
Adjoining room separated by sliding door, giving on the same terrace FACE SEA with bed 140 x 190 mark SIMMONS, closet-wardrobe. The room is completely independent from the living room for access SDB, W. C. and kitchen.
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, 4-star fridge, extractor, hob, high and low elements).
Bathroom with bath / shower, washbasin, washing machine.

Independent toilet.

Safe. Videophone.

This apartment measures approximately 35 m2. The large terrace
Rounded measures approximately 9 to 10 m2.

Departure cleaning is strongly recommended: cost 60 €. he can

new vacationer by our care.


Sheets can be provided on request: cost 15 € /
pair of sheets and pillowcases or 20 € for fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcases.

stylish apartment in chic location

We have just enjoyed our second visit here. This location is always fantastic and offers ever changing sea views, moon rises and sunsets. Perfect place for many activities, swimming, shopping, walking, wine tasting with local sea food, horse riding and the bike hire shop is even just below the apartment. There is really much to enjoy in the naturally beautiful and very stylish area. We cannot wait to return again next year.

Séjour super agréable

Avons été reçu par Mme lorin, hôte avec beaucoup d empathie et très discrète. Les clés remises nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dans ce lumineux très grand studio. Bien décoré. Rien ne manque. D,un très bon confort. Et quelle vue de notre terrasse où nous avons pu déjeuner quasiment tous les jours car le soleil et la douceur étaient de la partie Commerces, marché à proximité. Guerande, le croisière. Piriac...belles balades à quelques kilomètres. Un séjour des plus agréables. Nous gardons l adresse pour une prochaine fois.

Emplacement idéal, face à la mer, dans le quartier de l hermitage et à deux pas des commerces et du marché. Appartement cosy jouissant d une grande baie vitrée et d une terrasse face à la mer, ce qui est très appréciable. Un bémol : le coût de la commission abritel est très élevé par rapport à d'autres plates-formes concurrentes.

Les Charmettes - a real gem of a hotel.

10 · Great value for money. We loved the artistic touches everywhere. It showed great attention to design detail and support for the creative arts industry . For example, I personally appreciated the inspirational exhibition of couture artwork in the breakfast room, because I am a former London fashion designer. The stunning view of the beach from the breakfast room / outdoor restaurant was an uplifting. The hotel offers delicious fresh food , comfortable, stylish rooms and the experience is further enhanced by helpful and very welcoming staff. In my opinion, this is an excellent business model and I think they should open more like it because it is unique and most impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend this professionally run hotel and I look forward to returning again in the near future.

Location confortable et très bien équipée

Location parfaite pour 2 personnes. Très bien équipé en électroménager, accessoires de cuisine et vaisselle, et très propre. Matelas très confortable, et équipé d'une couette où chaque locataire apporte sa housse ce qui est plus hygiénique qu'une couverture. Très belle vue sur mer, avec terrasse orientée sud, donc appartement très lumineux. Hôte très sympathique.

Fidèle aux photos

Un beau séjour dans cet appartement bien isolé (je n'ai pas mis le chauffage), et qui a la chance d'avoir un balcon bien abrité du vent et très bien exposé plein sud. Cet appartement est conforme aux photos et est à proximité de tout.
