Value for money

Small value for small money. It is very cheap so if that is your main objective this hotel will do. It is clean. Reception is only open at certain periods. Beds are not comfortable and small. Breakfast is expensive compared to what they give for it.

Our stay here was just a stopover...a place to rest and plan our next destination.Breakfast was very basic not worth the charging price and in addition to taxes charged online you are also required to pay extra taxes to the hotel. The hotel was quiet clean and affordable but not a place to stay at for more than a day or two

Awful service and room - 0 star hotel

They stuck us in an attic bedroom with a slanted roof that was so tight you could hardly move with your small luggage. The picture in the ad is not representative of this hotel.

Enjoyable Stay - Spacious and Clean

Stayed 2 nights, room spacious,clean and free internet in room. Breakfast was substantial and good variety. Approx 10-15 minutes walk to Hotel from Krakow Glowny train Station. Hotel not easy to find, you need to find way under pedestrian underpass. We asked for directions and people were friendly and helpful. Close to Restaurants and tram stop. Staff were friendly. Would stay again.

Pros: The staff is excellent; very friendly and accommodating.
Location: Blois offers shopping and more nightlife; La Chaussée is a small bedroom community.
The hotel was very convenient. ATM nearby, supermarket 600 meters down the road; easy access to Blois and a large shopping center. We have stayed at this hotel for twenty years and it has always been very good; never a problem.

Not a bad hotel but service left us cold

The hotel is reasonable, not a bad location but you need to drive into Blois to see anything, and the rooms were clean and pretty comfortable. However the man on reception was pretty rude to us when we arrived - no hello or acknowledgment when we were standing in front of him. My parents had their confirmation paper which stated they had paid a deposit already, and upon check-in they only needed to pay the remainder. He tried to tell them that was tax, and asked for the full amount. They had to keep telling him the balance to be paid upon check-in (highlighted on the Hotels.com confirmation and they showed him this paper many times) and he kept saying no. It took a good 10 minutes for him to finally just ask for the balance. He was not polite or friendly and so I would not recommend this hotel as you may get overcharged.

When booking with expedia in prepayment as you expected the breakfasts and the tourist taxes were not paid that's what I asked you nothing more next time your reservation as well Lisé Nn'ai Price not B & B (breakfast room)

quiet and good quality

Cons: welcome
Spent one night there, very good standard hotel, although in a region that might not be very touristic, it is nonetheless quiet, pleasing and charming. the quality of the room was brilliant and there were no issues at all. enjoyed it.
