This boutique hotel is truly a hidden jewel in the heart of the city. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — attentive, kind, and genuinely thoughtful. The hotel is impeccably clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The food was outstanding, easily one of the highlights of our stay. Despite being centrally located, the ambiance is peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect escape from the city’s energy. A rare find that balances luxury, comfort, and tranquility flawlessly.

Breakfast buffet had different options which was good. When I asked for jam for the bread I was told it was finished, by the solo female waitress. I asked butter instead, but she said they don't have any. 2 minutes later she produced a small amount of both. Hotel was well decorated for Christmas season. 3 male staff I encountered were polite. 3 female staff all appeared to have lost the will to work. Bed was very comfortable. Shower flooded all over the bathroom floor. You could hear nearby nighttime disco music until the early hours of the morning. I was only there one night
