It was dilapidated and uncomfortable. No WiFi in rooms although staff said there was. Connection kept going offline. This was expensive and it was not nice at all.

Great Cafe, Bar, Restaurant. Rooms Need Refurbis
Staff were very pleasant, bar and restaurant were clean with a spectacular choice of drinks and a very good Menu De Dia and breakfast. Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment we had was terrible. Whilst it was reasonably clean it had a very musty smell and the decor was in severe need of refurbishment. The apartment kitchen was equipped with 5 forks, 1 cup and 1 plate. No cooking equipment at all. We didn't use the kitchen anyway, but there is an expectation for an apartment with kitchen to actually be functional. I would not choose to stay at Hotel Millan again unless it was refurbished but we'd happily revisit the cafe, bar and restaurant.

Room was clean. Nice bathtub with hot water for a day walking the Camino. Room was cold and the heater was turned off but staff sent a portable heater up when we complained. No WiFi in rooms - only reception and restaurant.
