La vista del hotel es Expectacular, la zona donde esta hubicado excelente, el personal super amable, la limpieza en general esta muy bien, pero las habitaciones tienen muchisimo ruido y muchisima claridad, tienen que mejorar sobretodo el tema del ruido, es casi imposible descansar del ruido que hay en las habitaciones.

All wrong
The worse experience, the room was dirty and old smell, no AC it was hot and we call front desk for help and the solution was a fan, ridiculous! The mini bar was off, but the time the we was ready to drink something everything was hot. We ask for room service, the pizza was so bad, give us stomachache. We love Melia but the location will necer recommend. Sorry

Large corperate type hotel but great location..
Booked a room with a balcony which was great once we got into it but should have been warned it was up a spiral staricase. Had to leave our cases at the bottom as it wasn't safe to carry them up. Great location though.

The hotel is beautiful and classy. The room was ok- some furniture seemed old and outdated. The parking was very confusing since there are no signs and you can drive around not knowing how to get to. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING- best we have had to date. The hotel is very close to restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and a beautiful park. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay.

Beyond amazing stay
It was amazing... Every single time i go Coruña I always stay there because I find them the very best of the city in stays. To mention an extra point, I am scared of deadly long legs and my sister rang reception becaude there was one in our room and they got rid of it through the window without any fuss.

Wonderful and very reasonably priced hotel in a beautiful location right across from water. Large rooms, generous breakfast brunch included, safe and maybe 5 minutes at most from the heart of the city.

Good location. Nice view BUT hardly any air conditioning. Also my room was very small. I thought I had reserved premium rooms but my friends got one and I did not. premium rooms are much more comfortable but same issue with AC. I guess it’s better to travel in winter

Great location and stunning view. Staff really helpful. Big shout out to the restaurant staff who opened my bottle of wine and gave me an ice bucket for the room, truly amazing. Top place to stay.

Superb location and very attentive staff. We were upgraded to a sea-view room which was a real bonus. The rooms were ultra clean, modern and attractive. Quite a quiet hotel but right on the sea front and 10 minute walk from the buzz of the city centre with all its bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay at the Melia Maria Pita. Thank you

Nice beach front hotel
We came for San Juan festival and had a front row view to the beach party and bonfires from our room! The room was smaller than the pictures portrayed and the air conditioning did not work. I saw a poster in the lobby stating they only put it on if it's over 30C degrees (which it was), so the room was hot. The door to our room was in a little alcove with the door to the room next to us literally beside our door. It meant if your neighbour was going into their room, it sounded like they were trying to get into ours. Location to the beach is great and walking into the restaurant area was about 10 minutes.

The hotel location was ideal to explore the city. Beautiful panorama of the beach/cove from the hotel. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. The housekeeping staff were very helpful at all times. Struggled with the air conditioning in the bedroom which made for uncomfortable sleep......we were provided with a fan on request. The reception staff were accommodating but did lack that sparkle to make you feel welcome.

This was my favorite hotel in Spain. It was beautiful and affordable even with the ocean view upgrade. Service was terrific. Food excellent. We were there in late September and the rugged coastline and historic lighthouse were worth the effort to get there, even with the rain. Highly recommended.

Beautiful view of the beach and bay. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and places of interest, such as the tower of Hercules and the aquarium. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the restaurant was very well priced and served delicious food.

Nostalgia Trip
We last stayed here some 15 years ago and fully enjoyed our visit then. This time our choice of room seemed smaller than before....perhaps we have got bigger over the years and take too much luggage. We certainly enjoyed our stay in A Coruna but missed the antique tram that use to pass the hotel on its journey round the headland to Plaza Maria Pitta.
