Clean but basic rooms.
The hotel room was very basic & worn decor. Mattress was quite hard & for those doing extended travelling, there was no mini fridge. Our room had French doors but you looked onto a wall, however it was nice you could get some fresh air. Be aware that the walk to the Cathedral & old town was some distance away. Parking was easy with the use of a Parking Station nearby.

The room is very clean and the staff are all amazing. The rooms are also very small if thats important to you. Our favorite thing was the rainhead shower AMAZING!! :) Pilgrim friendly :) The air-conditioning did not work but we didnt mind as it was cool enough weather in early june. (2023 june 8th to 23th) It is a hoyel that meets your needs. Iwould definitely stay again.

Clean, near everything, train station 400meters, hospital 300meters, bus stop 500meters, cafes 75 meters, shower great, staff helpfull, catedral 10-15 minute walk, ne refrigerator, gat charge for breakfast that I never had, take out food 2 squares away excellent, parking one block away, pharmacy 1 block, overall excellent place to sleep/ AC not working open window cool breeze.

Great location and overall experience!
Really clean, great location, friendly staff. Breakfast was a bit of a slim pick but I wouldn't complain about it at all.

very handy if you are arriving by train, just a couple of blocks away, so you wont have to carry your luggage for too long. it may take 10 min to get to the downtown area. easily accesible, has an elevator, nice staff, provide recommendations and tips on restaurants and things to do.

We booked through Expedia and may have got the worst room! Other reviews we read were good. Hotel is very short walk to train station and historical centre. Customer service at check-in was exceptional pity could say the same for the room we got. It was small, there was water damage to wall between bathroom and bedroom, paper thin walls and in great need of an upgrade No amenities and wifi didn't work. Unless you have a very early train to catch find another hotel or make sure you get what you see.

A solid choice
Overall, very nice, great service at the front desk, nice location, clean rooms, if I was to criticize one thing, it would be the matresses. They weren't the worst ever but I expected a little nicer, still slept fine.

It is in a perfect location being close to the train station and the city centre. As we booked a room for 4 nights initially, kindly, we were given an option to stay in a bigger room. Even though it was outdated compared to the one we booked and the beds were not very comfortable (probably the modernized rooms would have better mattresses), it was spacious and had a big window. Considering its perfect location (for us anyway), overall, we were satisfied even though wifi was rather unstable. We had breakfast...ummm, that was the first and the last. The bread had gone stale and did not enjoy at all. Perhaps it was the 1st of Jan? Anyhow, I would give a miss as there are many cafes around to have a simple but lovely breakfast. The person we met on our first day was very helpful. But when I found out that there was no soap in the bathroom, I asked and a different person at the reception gave me a couple more small bottles of shampoo and body wash and told me "okay?" in a stern voice. Well, I did not know how to respond to that and I just kept quiet and hoped not to have any more interaction with her.

The hotel was clean. The rooms are not sound proof. Walls are paper thin, one can hear conversation in the next room. Beds are not comfortable, need new mattress, Breakfast staff needs training. The front desk staff was amazing, He did his job very well. He went out of his way to be helpful. Hotel location is fine.

The location is good, close to the train station. Room size and beds OK,,,,, but paper thin walls and terrible HVAC. The Wi-Fi was OK but the safe could not hold a computer and used a key. I would suggest stay elsewhere

We stayed two seperate nights, the first after walking part of the Camino Norte so the wonderful power shower was so welcome. Delicious breakast, we returned after 2 days in Finisterrre and had to leave too early for breakfast so the wonderful man on reception made us a coffee with tiny croissants, so welcome and no charge, a really good hotel in the centre of Santiago - thank you.

Good location
A two night stay. The room was comfortable but the walls were thin and you could here everything in the adjoining rooms. Check in was easy. I parked on the sidewalk to unload then used a garage for parking at 9 Euros a day.

I had just walked in Spain so coming into hotel after staying in dorm like hostels this was great. Staff were very helpful and they let me stay in room after checkout time. They recommended several restaurants in the area.

Close and convenient to town center
A quick stay after completing the Camino Frances. Very clean and comfy room, huge bathtub, tasty breakfast and nice staff. Very close to Santiago town center - practically walking distance. A small minus is the lack of restaurant in the hotel, or even the possibility to have something small to eat with a glass of wine, but the neighborhood is filled with restaurants and tapas bars, so not a big deal all in all.

I stayed for 1 night - enough time to explore Santiago de Compostela. The hotel is located conveniently a few minutes walk from the train station. To walk to the church takes a little longer, but still not a problem. The double bed was comfortable. The room size good, and more than adequate for a couple. The tiled bathroom a good size with a shower over the bath and very clean with the usual co prime Gary shampoos, bath gel, etc... I stayed in room 205 and would happily stay again. The staff were very helpful

Great Staff. The staff were very helpful in accommodating our group of 3 for extra nights & even found an alternative hotel for us when the night they didn't have a vacancy. They were very patient with the small amount of Spanish we spoke. Would recommend staying there.

close enough to the Cathedral, and the activities for the peregrinos. after walking more than 110 mikes, sleeping in 14 different albergues, this was a place of repose and comfort. While we had mistakenly thought the Breakfast was included, and it wasn't a mark of gross disappointment. We appreciated the parking discount.
