Too many gimmicks and not enough comfort.

Poor check in as there were a lot of distractions from phone calls and couriers so you were interrupted and ignored. Rather hard bed and noisy air con despite having a premier room. As a retired couple it was curious to be left some brightly coloured sweets and a bottle of water as a welcome, rather childish. Rather than jokey smiles on a mirror, plastic combs and other gimmicks, maybe spend more on updating the basics! Although near the bus station we had to take taxis to the main areas of attraction so rather remote.
