Overpriced, French hostility, hated it.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Service, staff, decoration, rooms, everything.
Location: Close to the Pallais des Festivales, in a very old shopping mall, close to shops.
Cannes is a place of Glamour, where after seeing the "Cannes Film Festival", you imagine a place where you are well taken care of... wrong. First of all the hotel had a big street fixing that obviously the Cannes Town Hall told them about it, despite they have 3 ways to enter the hotel, nobody communicated that to the people who reserved and my uber had a very difficult time getting to the entrance. The hotel costed me around 250 dollars a night, but the place is old, decorated as in the 80´s, the restaurant is not 24 hrs and after an intercontinental flight I could not get food, the french close business early and most have no delivery and nobody at the desk helps you for it. The picture at the description is of the Majestic, another hotel of the company, THEY DO NOT HAVE A POOL OR A TERRACE WHIT A BEACH VIEW, they lie. And the worst is the staff, they make you feel that you should be grateful that you have the opportunity to be in France, the service is awful, no one smiles or is really helpful. Stay away from this hotel, town or country. They have a rug everywhere that smells of cigarette ashes from 20 years ago, and the environment is not welcoming.

Conveniently located hotel with comfortable bedroo

Pros: Location and friendly staff on reception
Cons: Room service & selection in mini bar
Location: Great restaurants and beach in the Summer
Only negative was a small choice in the mini bar and very slow room service which I eventually cancelled after waiting 40 mins for a glass of rose.

Nice hotel and great location within cannes

Great bolt hole for a few days touring around the south of France. Shame that the car park is public and there are no concessions for guests. 28 Euro a night to park is a bit steep. Only minor comments would be that the sensor fridge causes debates on checking out as you only have to move something slightly and it attempts to charge you. Secondly two coffee sachets per day is not enough. I like more than one coffee in the morning! Otherwise lovely hotel.

Friendly Staff

We arrived at the hotel tired and weary after a long journey. We were met with warmth and kindness and made to feel very welcome by the staff. Throughout our stay they went the extra mile for us. I was very impressed.

Nice restaurant

One of the best services was in restaurant: breakfast very good and, I believe, will satisfy everybody's taste. Also my wife and I enjoyed dinner in the hotel’s restaurant: wide variety to choose from plus reasonable prices and exceptional service.

the only bad thing is they knock the door at 1am and we were sleeping! and ask us about air condition then they call us agaaain !!! and ask about AC and there was nothing wrong with it !! and nobody complain about it !! i was so angry and shouted at them and they apologize and said that they thought that there is something wrong with the AC !! they have to respect the time
