This 3 bedroom, 2 bath 2 story home is splashed with color to bring beauty and charm for your retreat. Located near the heart of La Crosse, area activities, colleges, and hospitals, it is a convenient location in beautiful southwest Wisconsin.

What will you find at 8th Street Blues? Every room is a true delight with many details to make your stay an enjoyable one! This updated home provides central air, comfortable bedding, a full kitchen, and all the basic supplies you would need for preparing meals, including Kuerig, Instant Pot, and a starting supply of spices and beverages. Lots of items for family time… including games, books, toys, and DVDs. We even have a special 8th Street "Blues Clues" scavenger hunt(enjoyed by all ages)... and yes for all you return guests, we have a new scavenger hunt for you to conquer! Outdoors offers a patio area and grill for dining as well as games to enjoy in a nice sized yard with privacy fencing. We provide extra sleeping areas, bedding, toiletries, and a laundry room. Off street parking is available in a small 1 car garage and 2 additional spaces for larger vehicles. Cleanliness is a high priority to us. Hygiene supplies are provided to use as you need. Between visitors, we clean the home thoroughly for your protection. We ask no pets or smoking please.

We didn't use the many amenities that this property offered (big fenced-in back yard, grill, full kitchen, washer, etc.) but they would make this place ideal for a family. I was happy for a quiet getaway convenient to a variety of activities in LaCrosse.

Girls weekend
We enjoyed our stay at 8th Street Blues. The house was comfortable for our group of five adults. The host anticipated a variety of needs and provided items in a well organized and well labeled system. There was plenty of sleeping areas and bathroom space to accommodate our group. We enjoyed the spacious backyard to relax in the afternoon. We spent hours around the kitchen table laughing. Overall, it was a great fit for our group. The only hiccup for us was the steep narrow stairs. This is an older house, so it is not uncommon for this kind of stairs. The stairs were not problematic overall. However, if you struggle with stairs it might be better to stay in the bedroom on the first floor. We would recommend 8th Street Blue for your next stay especially if you want to stay close to Viterbo or downtown.
