Cons: Dirty, smelly, noisy, poor staff.
Location: Next to express way
Don't stay here, very, very poor.The room was dirty, smelled bad, and was noisy from the express way. Hotel staff would not issue refund. I changed to another hotel, Don't stay

Respect, service, and comfort

Pros: I really appreciated the staff. They were helpful, kind, and inquired once I was checked in if everything was satisfactory or needed any changes.
Cons: I do not have any suggestions regarding this hotel.
The room was comfortable, and the room cleanliness and condition made my stay comfortable. I experienced feeling welcomed by the staff.

Cons: A lot
Room was not the cleanest. Air conditioning system didn't work properly. Bed was lumpy. Breakfast was a disappointment, waffle iron didn't work.

Great Lodging Experience For A Budget Price

Pros: Location, staff, comfortable room, and reasonable prices.
Cons: Notify lodgers if there is something wrong with the hotel. One of the days I stayed at the hotel there was a water leak and I was not aware of this.
Location: The hotel is in Onalaska, but only a few miles from La Crosse. There are numerous restaurant and shopping choices very near the hotel.
Everything about my stay at the Comfort Inn was excellent. Very personable, friendly, and helpful staff, very comfortable and spacious rooms, nice breakfast touch, and excellent location. The hotel was very near where my brother lives and just a short distance into La Crosse. Numerous restaurant and shopping choices are within a very close distance to the hotel. Keep up the great work.

The room was clean. The bedding was really bad. The fitted sheet didn't fit and in the middle of the night we woke up sleeping on the bare mattress.....very gross. There was a poor attempt for a mattress pad that did not fit the size bed and got all bunched up as you slept.

Nice hotel near lacrosse

Pros: Beds were sooooo comfortable. Rooms very quiet
Location: Grocery store in same area. Many places to eat close by. Loved the jerky store
Stayed here for a weekend wedding in la crosse . Beds were very comfy. Rooms clean. Staff great. Always had coffee or tea and cold water in the lobby.

Last minute reservation

Pros: Price and location was good.
Cons: Use something else to clean that front entry; it had a strong bleach smell.
Location: Location had easy access to nearby freeway. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from including several within walking distance.
We chose this hotel as it was close to restaurants and to the place we needed to be at early the next morning. Room was nice; clean and comfortable. Bathroom was small and no elevator to get to the second floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Quick breakfast the next morning was sufficient. We would stay here again. Only complaint was no elevator and the entrance before the lobby had an odor that strongly smelled like bleach.

Breakfast not replenished well

Breakfast provided wasn't replenished as needed during the open time... Staff at front desk was very helpful!
