Very clean property. Room was clean. The hotel was great. Wonderful continental breakfast, altho there was a large group of baseball players there which took up every table and had to wait on food refills. It was still nice and safe. Close to all shopping and food. Shower was luke warm water which is only complaint

There was nothing i didnt like. I always enjoy my stay. Its clean and quiet and i love the breakfast. Another thing i like is the indoor poolfor me and also my children, and the indoor workout gym.

Was very difficult to find the entrance, google maps took you to the back side and a back alley to the entrance with very minimal lighting, entrance is on the backside of a restaurant- I missed the entrance twice, made me feel uneasy and no entrance sign at the parking lot driveway.

The hotel is definitely aging and our bed the first night was horrible. After calling the front desk on Saturday morning, it was determined our box spring was broken. The maintenance person, desk person and head of housekeeping all came to the room and examined the situation. We were told if we waited a half hour or so they would have the room next door cleaned and move us. We did move and the bed was better but still not super comfortable. Just outdated. We probably won't stay there again as there are many other hotels in the area. That being said... I must also say the cost was minimal in comparison to other hotels in the area. There are many restaurants and shopping close by and the staff was very kind and efficient.

I was hesitant about staying here after reading other bad reviews, but I have no complaints. Staff was nice, room was clean, breakfast was adequate, good coffee, pool and hot tub was clean, and the pool water was warm. Would definitely stay again.

This was the third time we stayed here; a great stay for the price. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. This third stay was over a Sunday night, and Monday breakfast was very disappointing—little to choose from and almost no truly nutritious choices (sugary cereals, waffles and biscuits/gravy provided, but no eggs or yogurt, for example, when eggs had been there during our last two stays). No dairy-free alternatives that we could see. We were glad we had brought a few things of our own. Staff informed us that eggs and sausage are available for weekend breakfasts only. Still a pretty good value, though.

Staff was very kind. Entering the hotel it smelt strongly of weed when we walked in which was not pleasant. It did not smell like this in our room until we turned on the air! We had to turn the heat back on to get ride of the smell!

My beds frame was crooked and had a bar sticking out of the side, tv remote didn’t work, neighbors were loud and drunk and staff didn’t help me with the issue. Police showed up for two separate matters. The bathroom had no soap or shampoo that I had to call front desk for. My family and I did not feel safe there and the overall experience was terrible. Never staying there again

I stayed for one night although after reading some of the reviews I was hesitant. This hotel exceeded my expectations with the exception of breakfast. Although if you’re expecting a ‘fancier dining’ you may get that at a more expensive property. The breakfast was sufficient I’d say. I am not picky and found things to fill me up. The juice machine and toaster were not working. They did have biscuits and gravy and several waffle makers along with serval cereals, muffins, yogurt and a small bowl of apples and tangerines. Of course coffee and tea as well. The lobby area was inviting and check in/out was effortless. The property was spotless! I didn’t use the pool area so I do not have an opinion of it. My room was spotless and very spacious with a pull out couch and a little area with a stocked coffee/tea pot and refrigerator. The bathroom was also spacious and spotless. The shower and sink area have dispensing body face/wash, shampoo and lotion. The property has been updated and was nice. The Olive Garden is next to the parking lot (so walking distance) with a ton of restaurants and shopping within minutes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. I stayed over a Sunday to Monday and only paid $66. Well work the stay! I would highly recommend this property especially for a small family with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch.

I would stay here again. The only thing I really had a problem with was the hot tub (a must in every hotel we stay at) smelled like dirty feet. It was disgusting! And there were a lot of complaints about the pool not being heated. However, staff were very friendly and the room was good. Breakfast was better than most other hotels we stayed at.

Everything was great except the wall heater. It was -13 below outside and we had to alternate between heat and air conditioning because the heater only ran super hot. A night of little sleep….

Issues with Tv but changed us to new room...went to nice complimentary breakfast but then we were locked out of our room...sketchy billing ..but room cleanliness was excellant and staff very nice . Would stay again if technical issues ironed out.
