Just Fine.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was a little small and cramped. Had a queen bed and there wasnt much room to walk or change. Overall I would recommend this place. Close to many restaurants and shopping, too!

I booked two rooms for two night and was charged different prices. The rooms were exactly the same. Didn't understand why the price different? They were doing some work on the floors, so it was kind of inconvenient, but signs were posted apologizing for it. Other than that, the motel was nice and quiet.

Spend more time cleaning.

Pros: Fitness area was available.
Cons: Clean, clean, clean.
Lack of cleaning properly made this an unsatisfactory stay and seems to be a chronic problem throughout the property. Based on the way things look, it has been this way for some time. This extends to the equipment in the fitness area. There was an extraordinary amount of long hair on the bathroom floor, the tub could use a good dose of shower cleaner.

Location was good btw downtown la Crosse and onalaska. Good for crashing at the end of the day after adventure.

The manager went out of his way to help us get are rooms situated. The breakfast bar was very nice.

Enjoyed checking in at the desk with Joanna. Very helpful. Room was very small,but a good night's rest. Breakfast was adequate. The price was very affordable.
