Room need to be updated for sure, stains on the ceiling pool and hot tub small, expected more being it’s attached to an even center, but it served its purpose for us

Everything about our stay was wonderful, except the bed. The updates to decor and such are beautiful and current, but there are no box springs which made the bed lower than usual with the beds looking and feeling lumpy and uncomfortable. The breakfast options were simple, but delightful. Checking in and out was a quick and ready with friendly staff throughout the facility. Unfortunately, with the current beds, I will not be able to book again as sleep was difficult and painful at times.

We always enjoy staying at the Radisson Hotel La Crosse. The views out of the rooms whether they be of the city or the river are very nice. All of the facilities are excellent. Excellent location. An excellent staff great bar and restaurant restaurant with views of the river top it off.

Was in town visiting my son at UW-LX & for a concert so the Radisson was a perfect place to stay. The front desk, bar and restaurant staff were all very welcoming. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was very quiet at night even tho it appeared to be full.

A great location downtown right in the heart of it all. Parking is easy and plentiful, we drive trucks and vans so this is important. Tough to beat the view of the Mississippi River. Another bonus, water pressure in shower is outstanding.

It was great to use the skywalk from hitel to Lacrosse center!! Comfy bed..great parking. Lotsvof great stuff to walk to! Ladies behind the desk very kind & helpful. Great stay!!

We were disappointed that there were no beverages such as coffee and water available in the lobby for guests. We had to pay $6 in the bar for two cups of coffee. 😞

I apologize that you were unable to use those amenities. I will look into why and make sure we don't run into that instance in the future.

Location is the best in La Crosse. We were literally right across the road from the famous Rotary Christmas lights. It was perfect. Location/view 10. Room maybe a 6. The rooms need to be updated, as does the pool. Outdated, older. The pool needs a complete overhaul. Mold on the floor board in the bathroom. For what the rooms cost here, it is time for an upgrade. Again, the location is perfect and within walking distance to everything. Beautiful view of the water as well.

What happened to the Raddison?
I have always stayed her when visiting my daughter who attended UW LaCrosse. Our stay was nothing like it’s been in the past and I was embarrassed because I also had family in from out of town stay there for my daughters graduation. The first room given to me looked like a dead body was in my bed! I returned to the front desk to ask for another room and was given a room that the bed looked like it was covered in pimples. The front desk informed me that this was their bedding and it looked normal??? I also stood in ankle deep water when showery because it didn’t drain. Later I found out the same thing happened to my sister only her bed has a grey matter in the sheets that had to be changed. They ended up leaving after the one night to move to the Charmant. They were disgusted by the bedding and mold in their bathroom. This is not the Raddison we have come to know and I’m glad we won’t have a need for it again. I felt a bit like the stepchild and wonder if it’s because we booked through hotels.com…
