Hotel nightmare
Hotel changed my booking to another hotel 30 minutes walk away without informing me by either email or phone. Walking the streets in the dark in a strange city at 10.30pm in freezing cold was not a pleasant experience. No offer of a taxi to take me there. Do not recommend using this hotel.

AC not working in August. Elevators in very poor condition, and 2 of them were not working while our appartment is in 14th floor. No hot water in the room. Breakfast service is poor. Appartment is not clean even after cleaning service passed. Not worthy of 4 stars. Worthy of 2 stars.

You pay for what you get. The hotel is very cheap. However the rooms are dated furniture broken. In need of desperate maintenence and a deep clean. Would not stau again, my advice spend that little extra. Even when I stated we were not happy with the room very little was done to try and resolve this at all. They were well aware I couldnt get my money back and did not care if me or my family were happy with our stay. Very poor.

Property is in a good/ safe area of Paris and train station was not far. However the staff need to communicate with one another. After asking for a early check in and was confirmed, upon arrival the woman at the desk told us that it’s not possible and that check in is at 12. We left the hotel to find food and returned at 12:30. At this time we were told that check in is at 3. It was to frustrating and the service from the staff was just plain rude. Upon finally getting into the suite. It stunk. The A/C did not work. The shower in one bathroom was clogged and would not drain. There was broken glass all over the deck and living room carpet and gum stuck to the walls. Even after bringing it to their attention nothing was done. Management was contacted however they didn’t even acknowledge the concerns. Very poor experience. Besides location I would not recommend this place.

Nice place and staff. It was near plenty to see do and eat as well as an easy area to travel from. The staff was kind and helpful and the room was clean and amazing for a family of five. There was a stain on the carpet but literally the only thing off about this place. However outside there are a lot of people that like to hangout (many were nice but of course not all are going to be as such) we had two men loitering about by the front gate that made very crude motions and comments towards one of the females in our group and followed a bit to continue to do so. Besides that the majority of people that hung about the front gate were nice and the area was too. The restaurants nearby the workers were extremely nice as well and helped us better translate the menu. Over all 9/10 and highly recommended.

Adagio la defense kleber review
The receptionist was excellent. However the hotel and the room were in really bad condition. Very dirty, smelly, not well maintained- door knobs falling off- ants everywhere although in higher floors. Very disappointed with the room. But as mentioned the reception area staff were very nice and helpful. Definitely not a four star. Maybe a 2.

It was unclear how to get from the subway to the hotel. But we made it. It was hot and they only had one fan per apt. Either the kids used it in the living room where they slept or we used it in our bedroom.

The hotel was quite a distance from the major attractions although close to the metro station. The rooms were spacious and had big balconies with great city views although they were a little run down. The kitchen was tiny and the cookware wasn't usable, it was old and scratched and needed to be replaced. The neighborhood felt safe.

Ok hotel, but needs some maintenance work
The rooms were fairly comfortable and reasonably spacious, and it had been well cleaned. However, there were a number of not insignificant niggles: - No warning that parking was restricted to 2.0m, which posed us a problem with our car roof box at 2.25m - Dishwasher was mouldy and the filter looked like it had never been cleaned so left items smelly after a 'wash' - No towel rail in WC or kitchen - Only 5 chairs for a 6-person apartment - Fewer than 6 items of various pieces of crockery and cutlery - Blown light-bulbs not replaced (above entrance door and in double bedroom) - No takeaway cups left for their advertised takeaway coffee & croissant - 1 out of the 2 lifts was not working for most of the time In short, it's an ok hotel if you don't mind putting up with niggles such as these. We didn't get time to mention all this to staff during our stay because we were busy with other things. Hopefully this message might get back to them so that improvements can be made.

Economical and convenient
I will stay here again. Main concern was sightseeing in an affordable manner. The staff is great and they have answers to your questions. The room has a refrigerator, stove top and utensils for cooking plus more. There is a supermarket in 7 pleasant walking minutes. There was always hot water. The room is sound proof and clean. I felt safe in the area - Metro zone 3.

it was absolute and complete unsatisfactory and insulting. The photos shown have nothing to do with what was actually presented, not to mention the fact that it was sold to us with the idea that it was 5 minutes from the Eiffel Tower WALKING when in reality it was actually 20 minutes DRIVING. There was a footprint under one of the pillows. PLEASE let me know how you can get a FOOTPRINT under a PILLOW?

Perfect family abode for Paris trips... :)
The hotel is conveniently located and gives good access to the La Defense and Courveboie train stations.It also has a range a restaurants around it incase you need to choose from. Considering its a service apartment more than a hotel, having a supermarket around helps. The overall experience was great with the exception that our request to change a defective microwave was deferred for 2 days. Also being a service appartment, the breakfast spread wasnt that great. Very basic for the price you pay.

Nice hotel near La Defense
We like the hotel. However, the location is not in La Defense but near La Defense. I believe the hotel should be informing its guess the easier way to get to the hotel as we end up walking from La Defense to the hotel which is quite far. Actually, to get to the hotel, it is easier to take the bus from La Defense bus station or the bus stop just outside of the hotel.

I stayed in the Hotel but overall experience was bad. The bed shown on Expedia website are very different then they are actually. Very uncomfortable!! I had to change the hotel. My passport and money was locked for 3 days and I wasted by weekend in the hotel as locker didn't work and staff told me they don't have any technician available.

Great Base to explore Paris
Apartment in hotel... fridge and dishwasher...great view of Eiffel Tower from balcony, comfy beds, short walk to metro and restaurants. Carrefour supermarket nearby. Enough beds for all 5 of us, 2 showers & one toilet. Not high spec but clean and a great Base to explore Paris from.
