Hotel to Stay if You Really Need It

It overall thrilled with my stay. Here are a few I can share: 1. When I did my online check-in through the app I requested to have a birthday cake ready for one of the days I was staying. When I went to the reception desk, they had no clue about my request. They offered me a free cake later to find out that the cake never made it to the room between the hours I requested. I complained and they sent me a platter of desserts. Really? It was my daughters birthday. Highly disappointed that this request was not handled properly and with empathy 2. The evening/night staff was rude, especially. When I approached the reception desk to complain about the cake situation, the gentlemen that took care of me was not concerned about the cake nor offered a way to make it right. I believe his name was Sylvian. (Bold high in his late 30/early 40's) 3. When visiting Paris, I will definitely not boom with Hilton, especially in this location and will not recommend this location to other folks I know travel to Paris frequently.

Good comfortable hotel definitely stay here again

Metro very close. Shops very close. Very helpful staff . Breakfast cheaper if you book it with the hotel on arrival/ during your stay at 20euro per adult and kids eat free- good selection we felt. However plenty of places like paul patisserie nearby to pick up a pastry and coffee if that suits! we did a bit of both. Ask them to empty the mini bar if you have kids as it's an automatic touch the bottle and you are billed, that way you can use the fridge for food and drink from the local supermarket. Paris is generally very expensive for food. Metro cheap we bought carnets of 10 t+ tickets which you need to move around anywhere on the metro/bus and this worked out cheaper for us , kids tickets 10years and under are half the price. Hotel in a good safe area. Both double beds Comfortable although smaller than an English double size. room looked out on to the cnit mall but air con was good and didn't mind we couldn't open any windows. The hotel is linked to the metro so line 1 which was very convenient to get to most places. Museums are free first Sunday in every month but get there for Half hour before opening time! All in all would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again without a doubt.

amazing staff & excellent location for Paris metro

Excellent staff, one person while checking out helped me get 2 of my huge suitcases to parking garage. He waited for my rental car to arrive. Out of the world breakfast. Huge variety. I haven't seen this variety even in US Hiltons. I paid for for room with breakfast, it took a few hours to verify that. After that it was smooth.

The best in Paris

Pros: The staff!!!!!!
Cons: Add a pool.
Location: Great location to escape from the city.
Well first the location of the hotel was perfect. It was a little away from the city.you can access the city via the metro. In 15 min you were there. So you were close enough yet far enough from the city. It was in a business district so at night not much to do. After spending all day in the city it was a great retreat. The room and the entire hotel was very clean. It had all the amenities you needed.the best part of the hotel was the staff. Not speaking the language was difficult. Everyone spoke English. They were attentive to our needs. They help us with recommendations in the city . They also helped with directions to the city. They also explain how a lot of things worked in Paris. The staff was perfect courteous and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel especially for the staff. This is the place to stay if your visit is to Paris thank you

Great location. Great staff - very polite and helpful. Great breakfast. Air conditioning needs some work - only water cooled.

Great hotel. Easy access to metro

Grateful that the hotel was able to accommodate us for early check in after traveling all night. Staff are very helpful and go out of their way to help. Shout out to Eloisa at the reception desk and all the friendly staff for the great breakfast daily.

Nice hotel close to public transit

Pros: The interior was very clean and staff was excellent.
Cons: The hotel beds were hard as a rock, not comfortable at all. Also I had an "incident" on checkout where the elevator was stuck for about 6 or 7 mins.
Location: Shopping center, metro train station in walking distance and also places to eat.
The staff was excellent and very helpful. The hotel was a little hard for the shuttle driver to locate so I had trouble actually getting to the hotel. The rooms are spaces and clean. The food was very good. The hotel is near a metro train station which is good because it is no where near any of the typical tourist attractions.

Excellent service

Great service. I was allowed to check in early after a long haul flight, which was wonderful. Near to metro/RER and shopping mall.
