"The staff is incredible, and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. At the spa we had a wonderful service, specially thanks to the Lady named Madday. At the restaurant, we tried Ceviche Tilapia, it was a great option for dinner, it was fresh and delicious, and also the Chef prepared the "patacones" we ask for as side dish for the Ceviche, even though it was not listed in the menu. Love the hot springs! "

"Only had a couple of nights but they were wonderful. Good size room with a huge bed which was very comfortable and balcony with view to the volcano. Thermally heated pool was incredible, with a swim up bar and great service. We are vegan so we’re pleased that the hotel had a separate vegan menu with a good selection of tasty food. We ate in both restaurants and enjoyed the view from the 5th floor one especially. If we had to criticise it would be that there was no choice for vegans at the pool bar and little hot choice at breakfast. However when we asked for something the chef made us an amazing “grub” one morning and a tomato dish the other morning. There was the usual fruit and bread and the oats were with water and lots of toppings available. Service was excellent throughout. There is clearly a focus on this. We booked a tour through the hotel to the hanging bridges and other tours are available although of course you can probably get them more cost effectively by going direct. Wished we could have stayed longer; the sounds of running water around the thermal pools and jacuzzis is so relaxing!"

"No denying that the surrounding property is beautiful! We loved that every room has an amazing view of the volcano that can be seen from the sitting area, bed, or hot tub! Every night my daughter was thrilled to find a new towel animal! The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the BBQ dinner at the pool restaurant. The hot springs on property were wonderful (consider skipping the Titoku springs with kids. They were much too hot and my kids weren't a fan). Only opportunities I saw where the window by the hot tub was obviously harder to clean so big dead fly right in the view of the volcano (less than magical) and the paths to and from the pool and restaurants to our were long and at night were poorly lite so difficult to see, especially with young children. Otherwise, an amazing property in Arenal! "
