Great property that is conveniently located in the drown next to many great restaurants and shopping places, all of the tours picked us up from this hotel and we are glad to have stayed in the city where we can have easy access to food at any time. Also this hotel has some of the best prices for drinks and great food. Overall, I would definitely come back again to this hotel. The pool and hot tub also helped. The staff were very inviting.

Comfortable rooms, nice pool, great view of volcano, nice breakfast. Convenient for walking around downtown area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. On the second day we were there the hot tubs were not heated or cleaned and that was the afternoon plan for that day

Beautiful property and gardens . Very good breakfast and nice sports bar. They had several hot tubs but only 1 was hot ,the others were only warm or cold .

Staff was extremely helpful from helping with parking to transporting the luggage. In walkable distance from most shops and some great food spots. The sports bar attached to the hotel was also nice. Room was clean breakfast was great, would book again!

Our overall stay was great, but the only downside was we did not get the bed that we requested. We understand it says that its not guaranteed, but we made the reservation months in advance and if its not guaranteed why reserve a specific room? The area around the hotel was very quaint. There were many different dining options, bonus was the souvenir shop down the road! Pick up for our activities was great due to the hotels prime location. It was minutes from many different activities. We would definitely stay here again when we visit La Fortuna.

It is an incredibly average place. Our room number was 807 and it was on the 3rd floor. It was relatively inexpensive and close to town but I would never go back. Just nothing to recommend. Not a place I will remember.

Comfortable typical U S style hotel. Lots of big bus tours. Breakfast has great selection and staff handle large breakfast crowds well. Nice private balconies and view of volcano. Serenading toucans in morning and evening.

The heating and air conditioner in my room was not working properly the filters in the unit were clogged and the engineer replaced them on day 3 of my stay No instructions on how to use ac remote or television remote No room service No additional info about hotel in room Television reception terrible grainy fuzzy No info about dinner menu same as lunch at 5:30 pm No currency exchange

I loved this stay while in La Fortuna! Hotel staff were very helpful and kind. I always felt safe. Very clean, the rooms are very nice ones too. The grounds are pretty! I would recommend this hotel

Probably one of the nicer places I have stayed for the price range. The breakfast buffet every morning was really good and was included in our stay. There are 8 pools to swim in with varying temps that were all clean and nice and nested around different areas in the pool area. I am always a bif fan of a swim-up bar as well. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. the only downside is the walls are a bit thin. We could clearly hear the TV for the one next to us and the people above us as they walked around.

Amazing stay! The staff is so kind so helpful and generous. Our room was the junior suite and it was luxurious. The upstairs sports bar had the best staff . Only thing was the pool bartender was so overworked and busy we had to wait a little for drinks and got hot tub wasn’t too hot. But really no big deal compared to how amazing everything else was.breakfast was delicious and We walked to downtown for dinners(very close to everything). Restaurants nearby were amazing as well. All the yours picked us up right at hotel as well and hotel helped plan all tours. We will definitely be coming back again!
