Girls at the front desk were great. But the room had roaches, bed was very uncomfortable, no hot water, loud from highway.
Comfortable bed but a lot of noise from the highway which was close. Grungy key cards that should have been wiped off before reissuing. Hair on the night stand. Holes in the bathroom door. This hotel needs a little TLC and some updates.
Location was great and cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful. Only complaint is girl working desk was either smoking a cigarette or sitting around. The mornings she worked she did not replenish all food. We waited around for hot food brought out biscuits and sausage never did eggs or milk. Other times when other staff was there breakfast was always being replenished and area cleaned. We stayed 4 nights. We will definitely stay here again.
Staff was constantly outside smoking or hanging out with friends in the parking lot. Pool was filthy. Breakfast was nonexistent with everything unavailable. Avoid this hotel.
The front desk staff was very friendly and quick. We asked for a room away from the pool and elevator and they accommodated our wishes. The rooms were very clean, well stocked, breakfast was good and we have no complaints. There could be some ascetic upgrades to the building, but our stay was enjoyable.
First, the curtains had stains on them, looked like blood or ketchup. The walls are paper thin so you'll hear everything your neighbors are doing. Thats not the worst of it, I was battling roaches! I called the front desk down(from my own phone because there was no phone in the room) showed them several dead roaches and was ensured I'd be compensated. I got a 30.00 discount refunded meanwhile I'm praying none of them invaded my stuff. Do not stay here
Run down, stale air inside, curtains falling down, end doors did not lock, yards were not mowed or kept up, trash laying around outside, runs were dark and dingy, stagnant, rust showing in areas, pool was not working.

Service was excellent! Shower drained slowly, some cracked tiles but very clean!!!
We came in very late, was greeted by a very friendly manager. Quick check in, off to our room for some much needed rest . Comfy beds, pleasant staff.

Could use some TLC .
It was in the area we wanted to be in. This hotel can use some updating. After being moved from one room to another we had a nice stay. The breakfast was typically of a hotel breakfast but had plenty and made sure it was always full. The pool area was alright but could use some updating.
The bed was uncomfortable. There was a bad rainstorm and the gutters were overflowing. We were on the top floor next to a corner and the water was pounding on the windows. In the morning when I checked the window, there appeared to be black mold growing on the sill.
In addition, my son left a candy bar open on the dresser, and when we awoke the entire top of the dresser was crawling with sweet ants.
The breakfast was limited due to Covid restrictions but was to be available until 9:30 am. When my son and I arrived at 8:30 am the breakfast was being removed.
When I mentioned all of the above to the desk clerk I was given the excuse that the exterminator was due that day and that she'd have a maintenance person check for mold.
While enjoying the indoor pool, I walked outside to check the patio. There was old rotting food on the patio and in the grass as well as beer cans and alcohol bottles. The pool was not available in the morning because it had turned green overnight.
We have not been compensated in any way for our stay.
There was nothing to like. The room was dirty, almost 90 degrees, no extra sheets for couch bed, dirty underwear found in closet. Front seat dude was freaky and it took almost 15 min to check in.
The bed was comfy, but the crappy A/C left us hot and unable to sleep well.
I will never stay at a quality suites again, i should have read the reviews.
Beds are comfortable! We only did an overnight but it was what we needed.

Little outdated but great place for a quick overnight stay. The room was big and spacious. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way but overall we were happy with our quick stay.

Worth a visit
Check in was very easy, staff was incredibly friendly. Issue with the room door being difficult to open (had to have staff help). Pool was very cold (not sure the heat was turned on). Room was very comfortable.

The room was nice. We had 5 people and had enough space for everyone. The pool was fair, around pool could’ve been cleaner, but not terrible. Breakfast was small, but adequate for my children. All in all it was a good stay.
Place is nice. Clean. Check-in at midnight was very slow but friendly & helpful. Breakfast is absolute minimum due to pandemic. Rooms are nice, roomy & linens are wonderful.

The room was alright, nothing fancy, but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that their website advertises free crib/infant beds under family-friendly amenities. I asked to reserve one when I made my online reservation and asked about it again when I checked it. I was told that they only had one and that they couldn't find it. I was offered an extra blanket instead, which is not the same thing as a crib.
We ended up leaving because there were stains on the sheets and bed and a hair on the bed and overall run down condition. Front desk staff Charlie was extremely kind but my two daughters just were too uncomfortable to shower or sleep.
This was the most terrible hotel experience I've ever had. After us driving 6 hours to get there: Tim, the night desk guy, gave my sister's king room away... then told her she would need to ask the other party to switch rooms if she wanted it. The only other king room in the system was the one I reserved. Eventually we were able to talk to a supervisor who agreed to let me pay 50% off a queen room and give my king to my sister. My sister's bathroom was dirty, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke and mildew. My niece's room had dirty sheets, that she had to change herself. Tim charged my niece's room to my sister's card and vice versa. Gave us keys to the wrong room types. The whole thing took over 2 hours to be in our rooms finally. Heather the next morning, was very nice when we went to check out as we switched hotels for the rest of our stay. My card and my niece's card were charged 4 times though, and we're still waiting for that to be fixed.
The staff should not be in the hospitality business. Dirty, horrible body odor, looked like hobos- very dirty, wearing old torn sweatpants and smelly shirts. Certainly not warm and welcoming. One even brought his dog to work. Room was not sterilized and we never saw anyone sterilizing anything.Grease spots and dirt on headboard of bed, large dirt puddle in bathtub, closet rack collapsed when we hung 4 shirts on it, broken floor lamp collapsed when touched,no breakfast other then coffee & orange juice even though covid restrictions had already been lifted. No place to park a truck & trailer, hotel driveway did not circle all the way around.
A dilapidated run down dirty place. We will never stay at another quality inn!
Seemed to be only one person working in entire hotel every shift. When you could find them (they’re always out in parking lot smoking or making food) they were nice. Housekeeping seems to be nonexistent. Asked for nonsmoking room. Entire hotel is non smoking but room smelled terrible like smoke. Room clearly had been cleaned very minimal. There were Doritos and crumbs on the floor. Could tell nothing had been wiped down. Pullout sofa was disgusting! Decided to not use. Complained at check in. Staff seemed every uninterested. Said he would “make a note”. Had to ask for pool towels every single time though there was barely any one else there. Family had room next door. They had left over snacks in the night stand from last guest. Beds were comfortable. Did not see any evidence or bugs which was reassuring.

We had a laid back trip and stayed in the jacuzzi suite. The staff was wonderful and very helpful.
