I checked in late to my room so I got ready for bed, went to use the restroom and was shocked at the strong smell of sewer gas. I tried to power through since I was ready for bed but eventually, my eyes and lungs started to burn. I called the front desk and they wanted to send an engineer. There was no way I was staying a room that was irritating my asthma. When I went to the lobby they told me they had no other rooms for me. they refunded me but I was stuck at 10:00 at night with nowhere to stay and an early business meeting the next morning. It was TERRIBLE!

Overall, clean, adequate, nice staff, good AM coffee & close to our son’s apartment so convenient. There are bar and dinner/breakfast options on site. Dislikes - somewhat dated in general, some noise below our room each day, not sure what that was- sounded like a motor going on/off repeatedly, extra fees for parking, breakfast not included, but generally a very good place.

You may have a better stay than I did. Most of my stay was great, Ms. Tina was amazing and the deli was super cute and the staff was nice. However, there was a male night staff person that made me feel uncomfortable with the manner in which he spoke to me as a guest. It was unprovoked, unwarranted and unnecessary. Lastly, the premises although nice aren’t always secured at night, there was a back door that was left unlocked my entire stay of four days. Keycard or not you could enter as you pleased and I was dismissed when I brought this to the front desk’s attention. As a frequent solo business traveler, this had me a little on edge and eager to get back home even quicker.

Good quality for the price. Perfect for business travel. Spa and all but one ice machine were out of order. That was the only downside. On-site restaraunt and bar are nice and you dont normally find that at this price point. Would stay again.

I know staffing is a problem for everyone, but I tried to speak to the front desk staff a few times but there was a sign on the desk that read that they were helping other guests. The toilet in room 310 ran all the time and the sink ran so slow. Please empower the cleaning staff to tell management when something doesn't work. The sap falling from the trees in the parking lot is really annoying. That's a sign to replace the trees, not spend money on a sign telling you there is sap falling from the trees. When you charge people to park in suburbia, then you have a duty to keep their cars from getting ruined. The hot water tap on the water filter in the lobby didn't work. The only tea was decaf. The coffee urn was usually empty.

Nice and clean. Beware the additional parking fee
Nice, clean room. Hotel in great condition. Only bad surprise was the $12 fee for parking in their uncrowned suburban parking lot. Hotels.com missed that one among the fees. Hate those junk fees!

This is a very nice place to stay. The entire hotel was super clean. It smelled really fresh. Comfortable beds and I loved their shampoo, conditioner and lotion.

This is a very rundown property. We had to change rooms because the door knob and whole apparatus was literally falling off the hinges. It’s really needs to be refurbished. It’s not cheap and my family and I expected more.
