"Absolutely loved our stay here! Can’t wait to go back again "

"Room not very clean, mold, chipping paint and chipping grout in the bathroom. Shampoo and body wash were very cheap feeling and strong odor. Old rusty chairs at the pool and all over the property. Desk staff were no friendly and didn’t smile. Very unenthusiastic. Parking and food are very overpriced. "

"I paid a lot of money for an ocean view, but it was obstructed by tents, port a potties for a marathon. I wish the hotel would have informed me that the marathon was happening right outside my room."

"Excellent location walkable to beautiful La Jolla Shores beach. Room was clean enough, but worn. Self parking was handy, so we didn't have to wait for valet. We originally were assigned a room overlooking the pool, but there is loud music playing all day from 10am until 8pm. Thankfully, they were able to move us to another room further away from the music."

"Can't beat being on the beach but there was no advance notice of all the construction on property disrupting the ocean sounds and that the pool was closed. Bit of a bummer for the kids."
