“We didn't do the breakfast. We arrived later evening and Windy was so, so helpful. The bed was good, the bathroom fine, but the air conditioning was noisy so we didn't use it. ”

“I was there a total of four nights and they did not clean the rooms once I had to ask for towels every night some nights they had some some nights they didn't one staff member was particularly rude but the rest of the staff was very nice the stove in our room did not work will not be going back next week already reserved a new spot”

“The Inn was in a great location. It ended up being right next door to the venue for the wedding we were attending. They provided the code and instructions to enter less than an hour before our check in time though text message. Super convenient. All we had to do to check out was reply by text. No fuss. The room was just like the pictures, nice decor. Very clean. Both heaters worked great. Our room had waters, coffee supplies for the Keurig, and even little make-up remover wipes. You can really……

“This is the third visit to this wonderful place. Excellent new hotel with friendly staff and in an absolut gorgeous village, high up in the Sacramento Mountains.”

“Had to leave early due to an emergency. Staff would not refund money due to the fact that the room was booked through Expedia. Staff was curt, dismissive and not helpful. Did not provide a printed receipt because officially the reservation did not end until the following day. Horrible customer service. Will avoid Fairfield Inn in the future. ”
