We stayed for 4 nights as a couple. The hotel room itself was pretty clean, we didn't find anything visibly dirty or off-putting per se. It's a little outdated however and some things are a bit lacking visually, for example the small bathroom mirror had a loose screw and was hanging a bit, we were careful with it not to rip it off the wall completely. The shower head was an old plastic one, not so good-looking but fortunately not mouldy or anything like that.
The walls are quite thin, I was surprised! We could hear a couple going at it in the early morning... Around midnight we also heard some drunken groups loudly coming back from the casino I'm assuming, shouting good night at each other in the hallway. We could hear clearly when the room service was talking to each other in the hallway in the mornings. So if you're a light sleeper or are easily annoyed by that sort of noise, this hotel might not be the place for you, because those were noises we heard while the hotel was almost empty (mid-april).
The staff overall was pretty friendly! We just had a strange encounter or two (I guess they'd had a long day when we arrived) but the rest was pleasant.
Unfortunately, since we visited in April, most of the good restaurants around weren't open yet, so we ate at the hotel's restaurant a lot. We tried breakfast, lunch and dinner, all were just fine. Not bad, not excellent, just fine. The waitress at lunch with the long red dyed hair was extremely nice to us. :)
