“Honestly I am an avid traveler and Privado Designer Boutique Hotel was one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying at. Maria and every single staff member I came across was super nice, respectful and extremely helpful. On arrival at hey provide me with several coupons for near by restaurants and they were absolutely great places to eat at. This was a solo trip and I felt extremely safe and at peace during my whole stay. Thank you so much !

“Our stay was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay at the Sophia and Cartagena in general. The entire service provided by the hotel staff was perfect, from the young people at reception, to the restaurant staff where we enjoyed our delicious daily breakfasts, to the rooftop service.
