The staff was friendly and professional. There was a baby cockroach in the bathroom sink. When I called the front desk, they offered to move me to another room or give me a discount. Since I had only. Seen the one bug, I opted for the discount. We agreed that if there were more bugs, I would move to another room. No discount was applied to my bill. The elevator was slow and had several broken ceiling panels. Not a horrible experience, but far from what I expected. I probably would look elsewhere for accommodations next time.

The only thing that I was frustrated with was the lack of hot water for our showers. It was not very warm and it didn't last very long. There were 3 of us and we all had to wait to shower as the water needed time to to warm up.
