Nice hotel close to everything.

Hotel on a main walkway close to the square, Place Bellecour. An easy walk to most attractions, restaurants and shopping.

We liked this hotel, close to / in the centre, nice rooms and clean, but the beds are really quite small. Breakfast was not included in the price, but friends took the buffet, while we just had coffee at a reasonable price.

Well located 3-star hotel

A/C in general areas not on and it was hot. Had fridge but didn't work. Other room facilities good. Bath was unexpected.

Nice hotel, great location

Nice hotel right in the heart of Lyon. Hard to find on Sat Nav as it's located on a pedestrian area but we worked it out. Car park is a five minute walk away so it might be best to stop and drop off bags at the door before parking. Room was pleasant with all you would need although pillows were a little too firm for our liking but I'm sure we could have swapped them if we'd asked. Breakfast was buffet style and had all you would require. Hotel staff were really helpful.

Great location, close enough to walk to old town and cool bars and restaurants on the peninsula, but also has a metro station nearby if you don't want to walk. Only concern we had was that a leak started in the hallway outside our room on the 2nd day, and we learned on the 3rd day that it was related to an electrical problem that caused our water to shut off temporarily. However, the hotel manager was so understanding of our concerns and ended up giving us the 3rd day 1/2 price. I didn't expect such a rich discount honestly - It was much appreciated and I'd return to this hotel.

Great staff, awesome location. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Easy access to the subway system and the TGV.

not suitable for long stay

Pros: location
Cons: fix the shower, change staff
Location: many shops and restaurants as well as playground for kids
the hotel room is good and the elevator as well, however we faced a problem with the shower as it was broken and the hotel receptionist said they know about it and cant fix it and at the end of our stay the staff asked us to pay again while i made sure to show him that Expedia did the discount the money he did try to convince me to pay again and check with Expedia but i didn't do it pros: location cons: shower broken, neglect staff, beds not so comfortable, really bad pillows

Good location.

The location is very good. The double room I shared with my daughter was very good. It was clean and large enough. The price for breakfast was good, but the items on the buffet were running out, and it took too long to replenish them. Otherwise, it was a very good choice. Parking is nearby, not on site.
