"We arrived at the hotel 4 hours before the official check-in time, We asked the staff if we could make early check-in, and the staff kindly offered assistance. The overall experience was good."
"They basically has no bell boy service, only the time they helped us was after we checked in, our luggage sent to our room by them. And it is a meeting hotel, so for individual customer there is lack of service.
And the hotel location is a bit far from the center tourist attraction"
