Ideal for families or friends, you will have two separate bedrooms and a large living room / dining room area, with a bathroom with a bathtub. Just a few steps from the Market, the historic district of La Rochelle, and the Old Port, you can do everything on foot from the apartment. Located on a quiet little street. This well-equipped accommodation will allow you to feel at home. It has two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilets, a dining room / living room with TV (Netflix, OCS, Disney+ and Canal+) & WIFI and a fully equipped kitchen: \- Refrigerator with freezer \- Oven \- Microwave \- Cooking plates \- Dishwasher \- Toaster \- Nespresso coffee maker \- Filter coffee maker The housing is located on the 2nd floor of the residence without an elevator.
