Excellent food was delicious only complaint was the bed not comfortable... pool and the beach great. The staff was very nice. The show was pleasant. Will be going again with the whole family

The first thing is way for you get at the hotel, don't have any signal that indicate that you are on the right way to the hotel; the second it's the reception desk the personal look disorganized, about the beach if you don't have a good water shoes don't go in; the food, that was a nightmare the chefs are a good plumbers.

Excellent Inclusive

Best inclusive that we have ever experienced especially since we travel a lot as travel agents (which they did not know in advance.) Staff goes above and beyond. Activities are plenty. Their Lookea activity team really gets you off the beach loungers and involved. The food is the best for any inclusive I have ever seen. The entertainment that is presented nightly is very good. Housekeeping was excellent, Santa sang each day while cleaning. Loved her. Diving boat safest we have seen in10 years of diving all over the world. PADI staff went above and beyond, very friendly scuba dive staff. Pools plentiful and clean. Stores on site reasonably priced. The only thing that needs fast improvement is their in room wifi $60 charge but they did refund us when it failed after 2 days of still not being resolved. That needs to work properly especially in each room at $60 a week when advertised. All in all... Best resort ever. We hope to return shortly to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. Thank you Viva Wyndham.

Not for African Americans

Hotel staff very pleasant very kind, but other vacationers there are racist. We were the only black couple in whole resort until last day of stay. "White" patrons give disgusted looks and snicker at you. They stare you up and down until you pass them not even returning a smile or hello. English barely spoken anywhere. We were made to feel as if we did not belong there.

Terrible service

Took 4 hrs to move us to a new room because the ac was broken, we had to drag our luggage to the new room.2nd room the ac stopped working, we had to wait again for someone to come and fix it. Food was not good

No hot water for 2 says. Roaches in the room. No welcome cocktail. Buffet no too many variety.

Ocean front view bungalow

Overall, great experience. Beautiful location. Staff was very friendly. Limited English speakers. Would be nice if there were a few more people with english communication.

Good place to enjoy the Caribbean and have fun. I love it to go scuba. The should improve the Free Wi-Fi service.
