“We had the perfect 2-night stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding and staff kept the breakfast buffet spread constantly topped up with a large variety of food. It was a delightful surprise when we were upgraded to a room with the Matterhorn view. The only regret was that our stay was too short to try out the pool facility. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at Zermatt city centre near the train station.”

“We arrived to Zermatt early and tried to leave our luggage’s so we can hike early but it wasn’t clear where the drop off. Tried to phone supplier at the Expedia portal and phone number wasn’t working when tried to call for help to check in. We walked to the the nearest lockers so we can may use the company to store our luggage and it wasn’t open yet. They advise to go back and ask the hotel accross the street.
