Pros: It was in a prime location for my business trip.
Cons: Cleaninlyness.
Location: Right of highway 24.
Staff was friendly. However room was lacking. Coffee cup ring from previous patron still on night stand. Something oily underneath the hotel info binder on desk. Mold in floor tile seams and seams on fiberglass shower. Rust stains on wall behind bathroom door. Joint tape peeling off ceiling in bathroom as well. It is middle humid in middle Tennessee, but a bit of Tilex, and lime-a-way and a wipe down woulda fixed most of that. Free breakfast was sparse. It seems this is a popular truckers stop.

A pair of my favorite earrings disappeared. Someone took the remote out of the room and the telephone did not work the entire time. Thank God for cellular phones. Has to go to the front desk each time.

This place stinks like cigarettes so bad that I wouldn't even stay and the hotel will not refund my money

Brief stop over

We picked this hotel as a quick stop between Florida and Illinois. Hotel is functional but not in very good shape. Critical issues like sheets, toilet and shower were clean but carpet and walls are worn out. Location is good right off interstate and one exit down from lots of options. There were a lot of truckers and traveling construction workers staying here which gives it a blue collar but still very safe atmosphere. Breakfast was the bare minimum. It was well worth the $99 we paid but not much more.

Really enjoyed the stay I do have some feet and knee troubles and wasn't aware there was no elevator so that made my stay a little hard but every thing else was great especially the staff

Overall condition was extremely outdated. This particular hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The free continental breakfast was very poor. Food extremely poor quality, staff almost non existent, dining room filthy.

Close to everything, cheap

Pros: The location was convenient. The price was very fair. The employees made us feel welcome. We felt safe.
Cons: Breakfast station- keep coffee warm, stock fruit bowl, don't serve those eggs they were like fermented or something. Hallways- steam clean?
Location: Lots of food nearby. Nashville's 30 minutes away in morning traffic.
The staff were kind and helpful. They offered us advice and seemed very genuine. This is a big deal for a younger guest like me. It was affordable, the room was clean (I am picky) and was outfitted comfortably. The halls had a sour smell and the breakfast was really bad, so just plan on eating at the Waffle House next door.

Convenient location off highway

Pros: We picked it for the location. Close to highway. Needed to stop in the middle of the night so we did not want to have to drive for miles and miles .
Cons: The only complaint we would have was the breakfast wasn't great. The sausages were yucky, the juice machine did not work, etc.
Just needed a place to stay for the night as we were traveling a long ways. The staff was great, the room was comfortable and clean. The only complaint we had was we did not think the breakfast (the next morning) was very good.
