Tiny hotel, tiny room, but very clean and new. Comfortable bed. Close to the Metro station, restaurant and grocery shopping, convenient.

it was very disappointing to have the room smelling of cigarette smoke having book a non-smoking room

Awesome location

Pros: For the price, it was a good value.
Right by a major subway station and a lively area of the Canal St. Martin. The hotel is updated and clean. Wifi is reliable. Only complaints are that the bed is very uncomfortable and the towels need to be updated as well (they were as soft as cardboard). Did not realize an early check in at 11AM vs. their 2PM standard check in time would be an additional 30 Euro. I work at a large hotel and we grant early check ins upon availability. Especially for just 3 hours earlier, I thought it was a bit much.

good location. good bed. Fresh room good price i did not have breakfast so I can't tell perfect for a short stay no curtain in shower so water splashed on the floor everywhere in the bathroom.

Avoid at all costs

Full works of renovation in the staircase on Easter weekend with smell of paint noise painting material in front of the room's door! And the staff wanted to charge me 30 euros because I was 40 mins late with the check in! Horrible and useless staff. Room just big enough to fit a double bed. Just avoid at all costs

Very clean

Maybe the rooms are not the biggest, maybe the staff at the reception is not trying their best, but the cleanimg department is doing an AMAZING JOB. Roxana-if I remember well, at the Reception was very kind and updated us with all necessary information. Other than that, not too much to blow your mind away...the guy at the reception gave as the cheapest plastic glasses for our champagne- IN PARIS!!!! he seemed too busy on his phone, somewhat annoyed when we asked for two glasses. The hotel is in a convenient area forvthe Gare Du Nord.

Hotel Stay

The service from the staff was first class, Suzanne was incredibly helpful, the hotel was nicely located by the Metro, the room was practical albeit a little small but as I never plan on spending long in the room it was fine, the local area had everything you needed, some nice restaurants, cafes, bars and shops and only 10 minutes walk from Gard de Nord
