I was staying there for business. The staff was outstanding. I appreciated the shuttle driver taking me to the office a block away so that I didn't have to risk falling on the ice due to the snow and ice on the streets.

Very nice- clean room. We stayed during the week, so it was quiet in the hotel. We have stayed here several times, and this isbour favorite place to stay in Omaha!

It was not bad, but not great either. The window to our room looked into a brick wall about 3 feet outside, so the view was entirely blocked. And the blind was broken so we could not get any natural light into our room for the entirety of our 3-night stay. While we were there, the cleaning crew didn't clean any part of the bathroom, including the toilet.

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was terrific. The only issue we had was that we had to ask for towels and to have our room cleaned, but the staff was happy to accommodate. We would stay here again.

I was disappointed with a couple of things. I paid online through hotels.com for a room with a king size bed. When I arrived well after check in time I was told a room with a king would be a one hour wait as they were short cleaning staff. I asked then for queen beds at which point the clerk came up with a handicapped room with a king size bed. The room was fine except for a couple of things. The toilet roll dispenser fell of the wall when I touched it. I screwed it back onto the wall. While the room had coffee and tea materials there was not coffee pot. I called the desk and they said they would try and find one. I never received one. Finally the fire alarm went off due to a fault in one of the sensors (I was told). We evacuated and were out in the heat and humidity for about one half an hour while the building was cleared by the fire dept. Even once the fire alarm was shut off and we had returned to our room the fire alarm flasher continued to flash for about another 20-30 minutes. Since we were in a handicap room we had a flasher in our room. Of course there was no going to sleep or even doing much of anything with the flasher going off.
