Mistakenly a left my watch. When I called to have it returned, they said it wasn’t found. I’m sure I left my item but it wasn’t turned in by the housekeeper, housekeeper said she didn’t see it.
I found stand on my pillow case and my sister had them to come up and change the linen on her bed because the sheets had stains on it. When we complained to the clerk about the cleaning people not properly cleaning she could only say she was sorry not that she would check in to it hopefully she would but you only get one chance with me I’m not going bac.

The hotel did not have my reservation. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate me at a rate similar to what was quoted on Expedia, but there was no reservation in my name.

The pictures on the website were not accurate for this hotel. The hot tub it showed had not worked in several years and not operating now. Lots of people loitering outside. Hotel was dirty. Sheets were uncomfortable. I would not recommend this location.

I blame my issue on myself as I should have paid attention to amenities. PSA - Do not stay here with an elderly family member. No elevator and the staff isn’t very willing to help with luggage to the second floor.
Opted out of the complimentary breakfast as it was less than appealing and the lobby wasn’t clean enough to eat in. You get what you pay for. Shame on me for not doing my research

The room was great. The shower dial I cut my finger on. And the breakfast selection was horrible. But the room was gorgeous and clean. The pool was a good;Little cool in there. Jacuzzi was Amazing. If they could fix the shower dial from where it was peeling and not sharp and update the breakfast it would be the best place.

We would like to take the time to apologize for any inconvenience you had during your stay with us. We are currently renovating the entire hotel to fix these kind of issues.
Under construction, ceilings were cracked and falling apart, bad smell, bathroom door knob falling off and no lock, poor service/staff unhelpful, limited breakfast ..no fresh fruit or pastries

Requested a late stay and staff seemed as if. She didn’t want to honor it and it clearly stated on the sign they did late check out until 2 she gave me until 12 and they also rushed us upon checking out it was only 11 and they were at the door telling us to leave very unfriendly work staff
The bathroom tub was dirty. I attempted to clean it myself using three Mr. Clean magic erasers but to no avail. The second day a male attendant only replaced the towels and handled the trash can but failed to touch the bedding (why is unknown). I know you get what you pay for but some standards should be maintained... FYI
My dad n i travled from Tx to Lagrange Ga for 3 days to see family ...i will be forever grateful for the hospitality of Laura and Beth ! Everything was perfect ! Thank yall
Disgusting. Stayed about 12 days. Had room cleaned twice only when requested extremely smelly room made me gag. Smelled like dog pee or worse. No toilet paper replaced had to get my own. No paper cups had to get my own. If this is not a full service hotel where I have to do everything myself then why wasn't it $50 night? I paid $90 night for this dump with absolutely no service expected from a full service hotel! Other rooms would put their trash in the hallway due to zero room service
The lock to the bathroom was busted when I arrived. The A/C unit wouldn't properly work. The carpets were dingy and stained. Looked as though they haven't been cleaned in years. The tub bottom was dirty and I had to clean it out before using the shower. Next time I stay in town for a work trip, I will book another location.

No elevator to second floor.
Rather disappointing that this two story hotel had no elevator service. We havevbtayed at several of this brand hotel and all had elevators.
