Bring your own cleaning supplies and ear plugs!!!

I was very disappointed with the room. We arrived around midnight and I guess it was the only king left. I nornally wipe toilets and sinks down anyway. However there was urine and crud at the back of the toilet as if it's been neglected for a while. Then when we took our showers we noticed the bottom of the tub was black AND there were two different types of hair on the inside of the tub. I was cleaning the bathroom like it was in my house. I've worked in hotels before and for the price this was just...tragic!!! I normally like Baymont Inns but not after this experience.

Bypass this place.

Bed was comfortable. Walls and floor were very dirty. Didn't use the pool, but it was very cloudy. Breakfast was ok at best. Staff barely spoke. Won't stay there again.

It was a little further from Callaway than we thought it would be. Easy access to the airport though...only 45 mins.

I found a sock on my shower curtain rod. Called management to discuss issue they have yet to call me back.

Red Roof, Burlington.

Area on decline but safe. Outside of hotel needed attention. Weed control needed. Inside was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

On a budget

The hotel is old with some renovation, but fairly clean. The lobby is small and if you have a family of 4 in the lobby basically they'd take up the entire space. There is only 2 floors and my option was to walk up the stairs so if they had an elevator it wasn't an option give to me. The room was small especially with double queen beds, the room felt old and the ceiling had some water damage. Overall, the lady at the counter was nice, but that was the only interaction I had other the checking out the next morning. Very limited breakfast and not a lot of counter space. It will do, but won't be my first choice, the price wasn't bad, but still not won't be my first choice.

Overall very pleased, however the security bar broke the last night at hotel, heated pool and around around the pool very large

Great pool and hot tub, poor rooms!

Lamp shades are dirty, refrigerator leaking, cracks in cement walls, shower head spraying everywhere and stained chairs and towels. Great pool and hot tub and the breakfast was good but no meat.
