Great hotel with helpful and friendly staff

When I made the reservation, I booked a suite and made sure I paid attention to the pictures and reviews. I checked in and when I walked into my room I was surprised it was half the size. I immediately went down to the front desk and explained to the guest services clerk that I was hosting a spa party for my best friend's birthday and it was not possible for that room to accommodate us. I also showed him the picture of the room that I was under the impression I had booked. He explained this was not the first time a mix up had occurred but he apologized and was more than willing to change my room. He also helped us unload items & carry to the suite. He interacted with my other guests in the lobby while they waited and made sure to check on us until we got situated. The suite was immaculate and spacious. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time and afterwards I enjoyed a great night's rest. The next morning I was greeted by friendly staff as I headed to breakfast, which was delicious. Overall, I had a great stay and my friends enjoyed our spa day. I really appreciate how the guest services clerk quickly handled the situation and remained professional and positive. I would definitely stay again and reserve the same suite.
