did have a roach in my room and they need to do some remodel - restaurant/lounge was nice but the rooms needed some work!

Guest Feedback whether it is positive or constructive is the biggest way for us to either celebrate our successes or address our opportunities with our staff. I am sorry to hear that you had some challenges or let downs starting with some maintenance issues to the insect problem with the Inn Room. I would like for you to know that we are closing the Mountain Creek Inn for an extended time this year for some much needed repairs and general upkeep. Also, I want you to know that we do spray all of our units on a monthly basis to fight off the nature which we are surrounded but sometimes a unit may require a bit extra so we will address that with your room, so please be assured your comments have been heard and action will be taken.
