I had a nice stay here. I would have given 5 stars but the bathroom floor had stuff on it like it hadn't been swept, though it did smell as if it had been mopped, and there was trash in the parking lot. The lady at the front desk was very cheerful, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was continental and the coffee was good. The location was excellent with many restaurants within walking distance, though beware that there are no sidewalks and the street is very busy. I thought it was slightly pricey but I would probably stay here again.

Beds were nice and comfortable. We did not have a king non smoking per the reservation, so had to pay additional $15. to get a non smoking 2 bed room.
Floors did not appear to be well cleaned.

Their breakfast was lacking options!! They had cereal, yogurt, bagel, muffins and a barely working pancake machine. But other than that things were good! The full-size double beds were small but slept 3.5. I would have booked else where if they had a refund policy. I even had insurance on the stay and canceled it because it was a refund policy with the hotel itself so if you book it don’t get insurance!! But they were next to every food joint you could want and walk to!! Including a mall

It's an older facility, and this does show here and there, but overall, it's clean, quiet, comfortable.

Entry door to room didn’t seal or close very well, you could see light around door when closed at night. Remote to TV was evidently not a remote intended for the TV. Will not be my first choice for a place to stay when traveling through the city again.

We love this place. We travel to LaGrange a few times a year to attend concerts, and we prefer not to do the 2 hour drive home afterward - we stay here.
The staff is friendly, even when they haven't quite gotten a room ready for us at check-in time - they worked hard to make sure it was ready ASAP.
It's clean, comfortable, almost a home away from home for us as much as we stay here.

Terrible place to stay. Infested with roaches. They scattered everywhere when I turned the bathroom light on. Staff was friendly but I couldn’t even bring myself to bring my bags in or stay the night in the room because of the bugs.

We waited one hour to check in. The hotel needs more staff at peak check in hours.

Mouse in room. A/C sucked. 2 guys sitting out front of their door next door to us at 5:15 am smoking pot. Smell came into our room. We just decided to leave. Bed was so uncomfortable. No sleep at all. Never staying there again.

We love this place. This was our third stay.

Property is older and shows its age. Room smelled a bit musty and not super clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros - 1. Staff is great. Everyone is friendly and nice from check in to check out. 2. Location is great. It is right off the highway and close to several fast food areas. 3. Front desk area is well maintained.
Cons - 1. First room i went to smelled horrible with cigarette. The front desk easily switched me. 2. In the new room the Bathroom was dirty. Stains and hair was all over. 3. Pillow cases smelled. 4. Bed linen was not clean. There were even burn marks on the sheets. 5. Breakfast is basic. No eggs or sausage.
Overall - If you are looking for somewhere for a night you can chance it. But if i had to stay for more than a night i would not remain. I was exhausted after a 8 hour drive so i didn't have the energy to call Expedia and switch. I may have had the bad luck to get a room not well kept since other people gave such a high cleanliness rating (which is the main reason i booked this hotel).

The exterior needs a power-wash, and the room wasn’t in great shape. We wiped the “wood” surfaces clean from some dried spills. The bedding was very comfy, and the front desk girl was great though.

Comforters had multiple stains upon arriving. Pulled back comforter then see multiple hairs on sheets I assumed had previously been washed. Continental breakfast had hot milk to drink or for cereal etc
