The worst

Please use a diferent hotel in ny...this is like 1000 years old and unclean hotel ...everything is bad..the staff dont care costumers

We checked in and room was not clean. We found trash under bed. We found an apple under bed as well. Front desk called our room st 4 or 5 am and told me that we need to check out that we already been there 1 hour too long. I went fine to pay not understanding when I got to counter he called me by a different last name. He called vroom 310 not 316. Not happy couldn’t fall back to sleep.

Bed Bugs, Ripped Bedding, Rip Off; Irma Victim

I am a Mom of 4 children from FL that booked a week stay at this hotel. Within our first two hours there, there was a helicopter overhead yelling "Put your hands up!!" that didn't leave for a few hours, the bed had blood stains on it, the water in the shower would not go down, the bedding was torn, and the shower curtain was old with fuzz all over it. There was also a bus that kept running along the side window all night. I spoke with front desk and was curteous and professional. I also made it clear that I was an Irma victim with children who booked a week stay, not a one night stand customer. I was accomadated a switch to the most beautiful suite..only to find bed bugs the 2nd day after suspicions due to bite marks on me and my children. I spoke to the manager and I have pictures of a bedbug I found. A trip back home to NY to keep my children safe and also let them enjoy my hometown and state turned into a nightmare. I left Sunday early morning with proof and still have yet to get a refund for the remainder of my stay from both management or Expedia.

It was cold the night I stayed in the hotel and the place had no heat, and the T.V didn't work right.

The hotel room was extremely filthy. It took the staff over an hour to get me the sheets and pillow needed for the pullout bed. Customer service was very poor...there was no free breakfast as well. Extremely disappointed in our stay.

Pros: They have Parking.
Cons: Brighter atmosphere by updating the lighting such as the hallways. Modern wallpapers and not an elevator to guess which floor you're on.
Location: Diner and Dunkin Donuts.
Needs an update. Felt like the oldest hotel. Other than that, it was...okay.

Pros: Close to Dunkin donuts and place to buy Metro card?
too much spent on this one night stay. Needed to stay here since family of 5. No available hotels in LaGuardia area to accommodate 5 travelers.

Smokers

Pros: Close to airport and highway.
Cons: Continental breakfast would be nice
The hotel should make sure that they air out those rooms. Not everyone likes the smell of cigarettes smoke while sleeping. Air freshener and carpet fresheners should be used in these rooms.
