Nice hotel close to the Laguardia airport

The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Food at the restaurant in the lobby was great.

Far from Manhattan if you want to be close

Nice modern hotel but far from where I really want to be, So took Uber to Manhattan but was kind of expensive

Short night unfortunately

We had a planned overnight layover and I had booked this hotel in advance. We ended up arriving 1 hour late at LGA at 12.30AM. I called the hotel on the way out to ensure the hotel shuttle was still running. The gentleman at the desk called me back when the shuttle had arrived to make sure we didn't miss it. The check-in process was very smooth. The room was spacious, modern and with wonderful bedding (I need duvets instead of sheet/blankets). After only 3.5 hours of sleep we had to leave, but again, the checkout process and shuttle service was very smooth.

Will not recommended to anyone give my keys the vallet guy and he didnt even know where he place it just after 2 min after i gave it to him . They charge me an extra $50 without my conset i didnt even knew i was going to be charge extra the staff didnt let me know all she said was that i made ma reservation through expedia and the card was just a requirement that i was not going to be charge well next day i check my account i got that surprise

It is policy for all of our guests to provide a deposit for $50 and I'm sorry this was not explained correctly during check in. Overall very good hotel, nice and clean. We were able to get early check-in after a long night of traveling, that was very well appreciated. They need to upgrade their beds as well as the pillows. The worst mattress that I have ever slept in.
