Linens were clean and fresh

The hotel overall was clean. The evening staff at guest services were pleasant and warm. My only suggestion would be to update the bathroom. Forget knob was broken and inside the shower could use some repair.

Very nice hotel close to La Guardia

Pros: Very convenient to La Guardia airport with excellent free shuttle service. Very attractive and clean hotel; great value!
Location: Hotel provided free shuttle service to the nearby US Open Tennis Tournament.
Great location if you are flying in and/or out of La Guardia. Shuttle drivers were very friendly, and the transportation desk was manned by very helpful people. The following was not an issue for me, but the hotel is in a very residential neighborhood, so there is nothing else to do within walking distance.

Good US Open Hotel

Pros: Location and shuttle service
Cons: Bathrooms need upgrading (especially the lighting). Shuttle service to tournament had changed forcing us to get an Uber home. Better tower service.
We have stayed here in the past during the tennis tournament . This stay was just "okay". Check in was quick and our room was ready early (definitely a plus). Some hotel staff were excellent.

Great location for US Open. Staff was great. Only problem was AC didn't work in room last two days. We couldn't check in when we arrived so by the time we got back from practice sessions the only room left did not have windows.

US Open

Pros: Location
Cons: Air conditioner in the room can use some work.
Location: US Open, MET's stadium, go to the Marina, 30 min and you are in Manhattan.
This hotel is ideally located to Citi field. The hotel itself is OK. Parking is there for an additional fee, rooms are OK. The air conditioner is ridiculously loud, in our room the panel attached to it was not well secured, so if you are not a sound sleeper you heard it banging against the wall continuously.

Nice hotel choice to US open

Cons: room service for food 24/7
the room daily clean up not check is service done or not. room service for food not 24/7

Great place to stay if you are catching a 7:00am flight. Service to airport was at 4:00am great service

No windows! Stayed in a dungeon basically!

I wish there was warning about no windows. Breakfast was already. One of the staff did not speak English well. I asked for a comforter (our bed had 3 thin sheets), the front desk person told me it's on the 2nd floor...
