This+is+a+good+airport+option.+There+are+too+many+doors+between+elevators+and+guest+rooms%2C+though.

clean and comfortable hotel.

Pros: Very clean, modern and comfortable rooms.
Cons: More restaurant options
staff were only willing to call us one cab company( the more expensive one) claiming the did not know the number for the yellow or green cabs. The hotel is very modern and clean with very comfortable beds.

Hotel near Citi Field

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Rooms were nice.
Cons: Management needs to staff appropriately.
Location: Waling distance to Citi Field
The room was nice. The front desk staff were very accommodating. That being said, the hotel was completely unprepared for the weekend. There was a 2 night concert (Classic East) at Citi Field, which is within walking distance of the hotel. My guess is that most of the bookings for the weekend were concert goers such as myself. Starting with lunch on Saturday through after concert drinks on Sunday night, the bar was understaffed. No fault of their own, but the bartenders and servers were overwhelmed and the service was horrible. We waited 20 minutes for drinks and I know of some people that ordered food that never came. I fault the management for poor planning.

Concert nearby

The staff was not prepared for the large concert going crowd. They were sold out but did not staff any extra help. 3 hour wait to check in and some people didn't get to check in till after the show. Only one waiter and one bartender on duty. Food was cold! When we expressed our disappointment to desk staff they said "Oh Well" Beautiful hotel but needs better customer service

Just Ok...would NOT return.

Hotel was significantly "nicer" than most other lodging in the area, with a beautiful lobby and bar. The rooms were clean and spacious. However, upon entering our room, it was noticeably warmer than the air conditioned lobby...we immediately lowered the thermostat to our preferred temperature and left for the day. Upon returning more than 8 hours later, the room temperature still had not changed. I attempted to call down to the front desk, only to get a constant "busy" signal. I finally walked down to the desk and they sent their "engineer" up to my room, who arrived over 30 minutes later. I was told that even though I properly set the thermostat, our fan was turned to "low"...he set it to "high" and that night the room was conditioned. However over the remaining days of our trip, we would leave for the day, only to return to a room that was significantly warmer than when we left it...even though NO ONE had touched the thermostat. The temperature setting was still where we had originally set it AND the fan was set to "high"...it was as though the thermostat was on a motion sensor and would only kick on if people were in the room. Needless to say, this was EXTREMELY frustrating! Also, the service at the lobby bar was the WORST I have experienced in quite a while. Not that they weren't nice or friendly, just extremely slow and basically incompetent. It seemed as thought nobody knew what they were doing...not to mention that the price for 2 cokes was $10.

Nice place but without anything nearby

Pros: Price. Lobby. Breakfast.
Cons: If a guest says they're a professional pianist, offer them to play the piano.
Location: In the middle of nowhere. No restaurants. No shops. Nothing.
A fabulous place, but restaurant is damn expensive. There are restaurants around $15 of uber away. The shuttle service to the mall, airport and subway is great. Our bathroom light was awful. There was no light in the shower. The twin beds are small. I spent my first night on the floor, but ordered a spare bed for the kid. The lobby is spacious. The piano sometimes is a piece of furniture. Guests who are pro pianists aren't welcome to play the piano, which is very disrespectful. Breakfast is great at $17.50 which IMHO should be made available free as there aren't any other restaurants nearby. The tour operator Topaz is just an amazing guy and the whole day for $90 is so worth it. Although you'll spend around 2.5-3 hours in NYC traffic. Finally, the omelette chef at breakfast will make your omelette, but won't shout out that it's done nor bring it to your table.

Decent Hotel in a kinda bad neighborhood. Much cheaper than in the city itself. Taking a $35 uber in and then out of Manhattan still left hundreds of dollars in my pocket.

Good transit hotel

Met expectations as a good one night transit hotel near LaGuardia. Spacious clean quiet room, on time shuttle bus. All I was looking for.
