"Todo me encantó en absoluto"

"The room was clean and a good value for the amount paid. The room was leaning a bit, felt mostly in the bathroom. Great location though and the option for breakfast was a plus. The morning front desk manager was always amazing, however anyone else working the front desk at any time was extremely rude and unwilling to help, which was a concern being from out of town. This made me never want to stay there again and I won't. Their attitudes were completely unwarranted."

"The front desk staff were awesome and very friendly. Checking in/out and parking were all very easy. Convenient location very close to the mall, stores, and restaurants. It was only about a 15 minute drive to the French Quarter and Jazz Fest. Highly recommend. "

"This is not a doubletree quality hotel. Poor breakfast options, room is not clean. Overall low quality "

"This property needs to close and finish renovations before taking on bookings. - No bar or amenities: pool closed indefinitely. - Most AC units didn’t function correctly. - No telephones in rooms (stated they were upgrading…) - No shuttle service. - If you get there before 3PM: they charge an additional $55 to check in early. - Tubs are old and filthy. No safety handles."

"Recently stayed at the hotel for the jazz festival and my 2 day stay was exceptional. The staff was friendly and courteous. The location was perfect for me. The hotel provided shuttle back to the airport which was very convenient."
