The worse experience that I ever had in a hotel. I walked in a room, to see left over garbage in the draws and the room was extremely dusty. The lady at the front desk was accommodating and gave me a key to another room. I go in that room and it was leftover dirry sheets in the closet and twice as dusty as the first room. The third room was much cleaner but had stains on the sheets. I had a long day and I'm not familiar with the area, so I was not up to looking for another place to stay. So, the fourth room was better then the previous three. They didn't have a housekeeper nor maintenance man available to take care of anything. I was asked if i want new sheets on the bed, they could provide that but I would have to remove and make the bed up myself. REALLY Just Terrible

When we got there wifi was down for awhile. We had 4 adults in a room but they left us 2 towels. It wasnt a horrible hotel. Price was good. Breakfast included but rather eat out.

Nicer updated rooms, breakfast was alright, shower floor was a little gross looking but clean, bathroom fan was loud but worked well, didn’t like having to pay full price for a room on an almost empty hotel where the ice machine on our floor was out of order as well as the pool,that’s only complaint

We have stay in La Quinta Wyndham Hotels before and always had a good stay… No fancy luxury but really good overall for one night … THIS TIME in this specific location poor customer service and poor facilities hygiene is my top concern. Dirty floors, Dusty, NO towels at Al and when asked for them… I was asked to go back downstairs to get them myself. Not recommended!!!

First room was not clean. Crumbs on carpet, someone's dirty sock was left in the bathroom, bed sheets had stains. Changed rooms, and 2nd had 0 towels or face cloths. When we asked for towels at front desk we were told we had to wait until the morning so we were not able to face our faces or bathe for the night.

The staff is unrespectful, the air conditioning did not work so I had to call for a room change which was denied even the service man did not tell us to leave the hotel, he yelled at us and was disrespectful, I had to call the police and now I have to wait to see if they will refund my money

We drove all the way from Ontario to swim at La Quinta. We brought water wings, noodles, goggles, etc. and yet we were unable to be buoyant. Next time it would be nice to see compensation when the facilities are limited.

Strange area, non responsive hotel staff (called 7 times with no response to request late checkout, they only called back when it was time to check out and only extended this by 30 minutes), went downstairs and staff was all chatting in lobby. Not sure what the urgency was to kick us out. Hotel elevator button for 2nd floor was broken. Snack area in lobby was barely stocked. Found someone's fake nail in the hotel room. Barely any towels in the room. Overall, to say this place was mediocre would be giving it too much credit. Never again.

I don’t normally leave poor reviews, but this place was too bad not to. Checking in I was handed a room key that looked to be used, it had grease stains on it and the key card holder had white out over the room number. One of the elevator buttons barely worked so you had to push it a special way to get the button to light up. I get to my room and there is not a single towel in the room and all of the lights are unplugged. I try to call the front desk for towels and the phone did not work. I went down to the front desk and let them know there were zero towels in the room and they give me 1 singular full size towel that had stains all over it. I left the sign on the door asking for room service the following day and when I returned that night no one had cleaned the room so I was still without new towels. I could go on and on about how poorly everything seemed to be ran and nothing seemed clean. I would avoid this location if possible.

The motel is located in an industrial area surrounded with factories and go-go bars…I found crack vials in a draw along with melted plastic and insect parts…the pool was closed to customers…and the clerk behind the bulletproof glass was not much help. We left and went to a real motel.

Room had bed bugs had bites all over when I woke up. Sheets had other peoples hair as if it was already slept in and new sheets weren’t put on. There was a booger smeared on headboard. Over all place was very dirty and disgusting DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Stay away from this hotel
