Close to both sporting venues in Buffalo

Large room with plenty of space. Clean bathrooms and an overall clean facility. I would stay here again. Great hotel for going to either sporting venue. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a big room for a reasonable price.

Great Value,Excellent Staff

Pros: Reasonable Rate, Convenient Location to shopping malls, very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable staff (everyone we met), Nice clean and modern.
Cons: No complaints at all!
Location: We came from Toronto to shop at the Buffalo and Niagara Falls area Malls. This Hotel was very convenient and close to the Peace Bridge Border crossing
This Hotel's rate was reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything about this Hotel was very good value. Good free Breakfast Buffet was very welcome. All the staff made us feel very welcome.

The gym is not good at all but the room and staff members were great. Good value for a quick night stay.

Spoke to Debra at front desk over the phone for a baby crib When we arrived at hotel the crib was never reserved We really needed a crib for many reasons She was also very unprofessional No proper greeting no name was not serious about her job The gentleman at front desk tried to contact her when we arrived No answer. He was very helpful by the way.

Shameful Mgmt doesn't help otherwise good hotel

One hour after arrival, I decided to take a nap. Woke up itching and realized I had been bitten. I raised the sheets and discovered a dead bed bug (10/14/2016). Room 316. I tore a sheet from the notepad to collect it from the sheet and to share with the hotel staff. My room was immediately changed to room 321. I did not experience any discomfort in the new room except I had difficulty sleeping as the psychological damage had been done. I tried to speak with the manager but she was unavailable both at the time and later, during checkout. My attempts to contact her via telephone have also been unsuccessful and she has not returned my call. Had I not endured any time in Room 316 or had received some reassuring feedback from Management, i believe my experience would have been mostly positive.

I'm truly sorry about your experience at our hotel. I can't speak for the manager or the front desk supervisor, but your call and comments should have been taken seriously and returned and discussed (that's only good business). Again, my apologies. The incident with the dead "bug" is an isolated incident and does not happen often at all.
