A bit overpriced but stayed during the Columbus Day Holiday weekend. The staff is great. The property needs an upgrade. It does have a certain charm but it is notably outdated. Beds were very uncomfortable. Not very quiet as one can hear the road traffic. Would be great if it had better soundproofing. Only stayed one night passing by.

So I get there around 2:45 in the afternoon. Check in, realize and understand that the room and check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. I was told my room wasn't ready and they would call me when it was. Drove around. Did a little sightseeing. Around 3:55 I heard nothing back. I had to call and they seemed annoyed to hear from me. Well did you think I was just going to drive home and forget about the room that I reserved and paid over $200 for when I went to get my keys it was like the person never saw me before and was kind of rude. Later on went downstairs to the bar that was supposed to be open till 10:00. Not one person there, not one employee. Very uninviting. I wanted to like this place but I don't think I would ever return

We booked a 2 night stay on the recommendation of friends. We had a cottage on the water and an assigned parking space very close to the entry. After checking in we went out to dinner when we returned another vehicle was in our assigned spot. if you are not in your spot you can be towed. we reported this to the front desk. they told us to park in a different spot which was distant from our room and it was raining. This happened three times. Some very loud and drunk guest were banging on our door at 2:30 am and loud motorcycles outside all night. we decided not to stay the second night so we could get some sleep at home. When checking out the manager said that she would refund us the cost of the second night but it is going on 3 weeks with no refund. I would not recommend staying here if you need to sleep at night. I will say that the restaurant was very good though.

Good location. Cabins are very dated!
Resort was in a good location. We stayed in the single cabin. It could definitely use some sprucing up. Very dated. There was no lamp in our room, only fluorescent ceiling lights. So you either had blaring bright fluorescent light or no light. The mini fridge was missing the metal bar so you couldn’t put things in the door. The mini stove was so old, I would have been afraid to use it. Small table and 2 chairs was useable, but small. No luggage rack or place to put your suitcase. The floor in our room had a definite slant. The beds were pretty comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Bathroom was really small with poor lighting. We did love the porch and sitting outside on the beach. The beach was also nice. The dinner at the restaurant was good. Service wasn’t that great, no one refilled our water or drinks unless we specifically asked, but the food was good. Overall it was a fine stay, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Naswa was particularly clean! It's also right on the beach so there's great opportunity to enjoy the lake without having to drive.

Good location on the beach
The location was great and it has a private beach - so easy access to the lake. Check in and the restaurant were both lovely with great staff! The room condition and overall appearance are a bit dated/in need of updating, but for the price it’s a good deal!

Stayed here after a concert at the Bank of NH pavilion. Close enough that my friend and I could figure out transportation. Dining options on site with complimentary mimosa with a purchase of breakfast, if you’re into that. Hotel rooms were clean and comfy & located across the street overlooking the lake, with other options available. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would come again & stay again!!

Staff disrespectful to people with disabilities and even when the owner acknowledged her staff’s ignorance she was condescending to the wife of the disabled husband. If you stay in a room overlooking the beach area be prepared to hear the staff with trucks on the beach cleaning to at least midnight.
