I was waiting at the front without attending staff over one hour. When I arrived the hotel, there's no one at the front. I kept saying "hello!", but nobody responded. After all I decided to call the hotel front. When I calling, the someone received my call behind the front desk and came out! Moreover, the front desk staff seems to be racial discriminating because she never listened to my request at all. I asked "top floor" at first, but she gave me the 1st floor key and said "I didn't hear anything". She pushed me to sign the first floor room even I kept asking other room. Really disgusting experience.
