Fair hotel

Housekeeppers very nice. Inadequate supplies at breakfast. Night personnel could not make a key. Hotel loud and people smoking pot.

Great hotel and service.

At the beginning l, the television didn't have signal but I called front desk and the manager came up right away and started working on it. She reset the box and everything was normal. It wasn't much of a deal since we were going to sleep already. I really appreciated her dedication towards our comfort. She even offered for us to change room if it didn't work.

Run down and poor service

The non-smoking rooms were across the hall from the smoking rooms, so all of the rooms and hallways smelled of smoke. The venue was outdated and run down, but not horrible. Not enough towels, and getting extra was a struggle. Getting silverware or other missing items at breakfast was painful...all the workers passed the buck and acted like they had no idea what was going on. The front desk staff was very friendly! But, the biggest issue were the rats running around the perimeter of the front entryway awning! I would not recommend this hotel in spite of its convenience to the airport and other places we were going.

Clean hotel in great location

Pros: The indoor pool area was nice to have during the winter months.
Cons: The pillows were half size, could be standard double size pillows. The towels were pretty rough, they could be upgraded a bit without spending lots.
The check in process was pleasant and quick. The lobby was clean and tidy. The room was clean and tidy. Did not refresh amenities daily but were readily available when asked. Staff was pleasant. Noisey nights on weekends with too many kids running around late. Breakfast area was clean and much to pick from.

Warm, clean and friendly

The manager "Goldie" was the best! Sooo sweet, professional and knowledgeable. She was more like a good friend. I stayed 3 nights after having a horrible one night stay at another hotel. Goldie graciously, paid attention to me complain about the other hotel and checked me in a little early without me asking. (She knew I was on a business trip and I was tired from work and switching hotels). She alao verified I was signed up for the "rewards program", I believe it is called. My room was excellent! I even took pictures of the clean bath tub in comparison to the filthy bath tub I had just left from the previous hotel (Wydham:Yuck!) I had to book my room at the Best Western nightly bc I didn't know how long my business trip would last. Goldie accommodated my request even after I had checked out and left and had to suddenly return! She said "I'm putting back in 'your' room!" I could hear her smile over the phone. It was nice to stay in the same room each night, and each day it was cleaned nicely and smelled good. The housekeeping manager was very good also. On two occasions I observed as she verified the room was cleaned after the attended finished. And they didn't allow loitering. I saw 4 police cars in the parking area stop one suspicious character and they got him off the property! Breakfast was good also (put grits on the menue). Very clean hotel, and professional staff. Please acknowledge all of them for doing a job well done. I'll be back....

No towels to wash off with only towels to use as bathroom mats. Jet tub had piece of skin inside when filled up.

Pros: Location.
Cons: See experience.
rats running around canopy structure at front entrance. Room was not cleaned last day/night of stay. Asked for towels and none available. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke; on a non-smoking floor.

I travel ALOT for work and I think this was my best experience! Mrs./Ms. Goldie was really amazing at checking me in,I will be staying at this hotel when I'm in town from now on. I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast because of my early travelings,but overall the hotel staff,location,and hotel itself was really great. Oh,only issue I had trouble with was getting in touch with the front desk. I tried from both personal and hotel phone,no one ever answered. Not a HUGE issue for me personally though!

Horrible

Didn't have a key to get in and out the room had to walk in the rain to get back in to the hotel kids running up and the hall tub had a big nasty Stain in it thetub was the whole the whole reason for going there to relax couldnt to fo it nasty tub i deserve a refund
