I did not like the fact that you couldn't get a regular cup of coffee there and starbucks only jad expresso .and a small orange juice was 6$.

We had a great short stay . Miss Tori at the front desk was super sweet to my kiddos and helped me to get an early check in so that my daughter could get ready for her gymnastics competition. She was for sure the best part of our stay at the hotel . The only negative was that the indoor pool was way too cold for my kiddos to swim . The pool was the top reason we chose that hotel so that was a let down but most everything else was good . Thanks again to Miss Tori she was professional and just a doll !

When we go to the hotel we were told that they did not have the room we reserved. I really needed two beds but instead I got what appears to be 1 side of a conjoined room it’s a suite however it’s broken into odd rooms with a very small couch with a pull out and a queen bed in another small room. It’s fortunate that my mother and I are small people as we had to share a queen bed. I was hoping to be comfortable as the room was nearly 200 a night after an extra 20 dollar incidental charge.

I really like this hotel. We stayed here last year for a band event for my son. I remembered how good the breakfast was and how friendly the staff was. This time the staff was still friendly, but unfortunately I guess they had a call in and the restaurant didn’t open. I was really banking on the restaurant being open the next morning because we didn’t have time to get breakfast elsewhere. Other than that, everything was great. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are amazing!!! They’re super helpful and friendly! Ironically the front desk staff has the personality of a box of rocks, but they weren’t rude.

It’s ok but could be better
The ac/heater unit was loud and the vibration from the system made sleep uncomfortable. There is no vent in restroom, iron board need to be replace. No breakfast or coffee was offered for weekend guests. Especially when that was part of the amenities offered when booking. The room just felt old for a hotel under the Marriott’s name. Otherwise, it was clean and friendly staff.

Our stay was good, staff was very friendly and helpful, our room was great , our only complaint was the fridge in the room wasn’t working, the very helpful staff got it up and running, but was still bad do to the fact it was on some type of timer, and shut off every 2 hours
No problems except that the GPS took me to another hotel down the street. When I called CbM the front desk agent gave me good directions to the hotel. She was very efficient and nice.

Room was comfortable and clean. Bath had no amenities and in the tub where soap and shampoo was supposed to be looked like it was broken off and not replaced. Remove completely or replace

Room was clean, quiet and cool. Our air conditioning was not working at our house. Indoor temperature at home was 90 degrees. Our room temperature was a perfect 70 degrees the whole night and into the morning. We all slept well!! When we checked out and walked outside, the REAL FEEL was already 100 degrees. No time to swim, but we will the next time we stay here!!

Staff was not very friendly, at check in or the bistro. We ate at the bistro one night during our stay, it is extremely overpriced. I ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup, my daughter ordered the skillet meatballs, we waited approximately 1.5 hours for our food. Our first night the electricity went off (of course that’s not the staffs fault) but they do not have a backup generator, or emergency lights.
